Sometimes i have to place a line of a box to the right or to the lefth so that the workspace expands
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Great, Flexible Product for Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible the workspace is, and the ability to vote as a team on favorite ideas. The ability to organize and group notes is great as well, and being able to develop templates for similar future uses is a nice touch. I've been enjoying both the look and the function.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm happy with the product overall, though I could see room for expansion and the ability to include videos (e.g., linked or embedded from YouTube). I also wouldn't mind some small additions, like alignment options for multiple notes and creating bulleted lists.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Leading a group on public health data, I'm looking at organizing and visualizing the data we currently collect and other data we hope to in the future. It's a great platform to play with ideas, link related areas, and present our overall picture.
Powerful, easy to use flow chart software
What do you like best about the product?
It is quick and easy to get started without much effort. The interfaces and drop-down menus are very straightforward and it is very easy to produce a simple flowchart in minutes. Save and export options are excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much that I would recommend tweaking or that struck me as a deal-breaker or "I hate this" feature/aspect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to create a quick and clear but professional looking flow chart quickly. Using Word, Excel and PowerPoint had not yielded anything that looked good; indeed, they were awful looking efforts.
Very simple, intutive and really functional, best tool I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
I like the useful templates it offers. On the whiteboard, it is easy to create ideas and grouping together. Cool features are: Exporting to multiple options, importing document gifs and images, converting designs to the template, grid view, snap to objects. Sharing and collaborating are very flexible and provides multiple options to view and update changes and share by link feature.I seriously like the product and would recommend it to everyone in my organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually, I didn't dislike any feature, all features are cool. Good if you have prototyping of multiple web or mobile screens possible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, requirement gathering for a client. It is good to collect all the information in one place and group related items together which can be shared with the software development team. The use of sticky notes is great in collecting multiple ideas collaboratively and remotely that helps in creative thinking and better decision making
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is a great tool for virtual collaboration for a whiteboard that can be used for brainstorming, ideation, mind mapping. I also use this whiteboard with proposed customers in gathering requirements and collecting valuable feedback. This can also be used by the technical manager to screen candidates based on skills in designing, building product architectures, explaining business process tasks and flows. They can also be used to create feature flow and as well as how data flow in a software application. The availability on the cloud provides greater flexibility in terms of availability and collaboration. I seriously recommend this product to UX/UI designers, product managers, Machine learning engineers, marketing people to prepare personas and marketing campaigns.
Best System Design tools
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that I can design system with ease, I have also started exploring many of lucidspark capabilities and i must confess it is the best tool. i am currently using it for my research work and it is very great tool. i can create my DFD diagrams, FDD diagrams and many other system designs functionality already exist. this makes work exciting. I love using Lucid like i call it always.
What do you dislike about the product?
Well, I will love to see desktop version of it if it exist. something I can install on windows and macOS. I do prefer native experience compare to cross platforms. natives target core OS capability, I want to believe they are working on the desktop version more because currently I can integrate with Microsoft teams but i did love to see how it behaves as a standalone application compared to Visio side-by-side. i am sure it has the capability of rivaling what Visio brings to the windows ecosystem. this is a tool with great capability i am sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Designing existing system using Lucidspark and capability to share with team member and work in a collaborative environment. Creating and designing systems for crypto currency and blockchain data system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get in, come onboard enjoy lucidspark capability. keep creating because lucidspark enables you to dream and create more.
Great way to collaborate with team members, especially in the WFH needs due to COVID.
What do you like best about the product?
Cloud-based and real-time collaboration. Helps with creativity, exploring other avenues and brainstorming. The drawing capability is perfect for my use cases because it helps keep processes and mindsets straight without getting to distracted by other items. The comments are also a great way to stay organized and on the same page, a place to provide feedback that doesn't take up space on the whiteboard. The templates are helpful and easy to use; they are very user-friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Larger webs are harder to see and zooming in isn't easy. The amount of capabilities within the software is pretty overwhelming; a better tutorial guide would be helpful for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Staying connected and collaborated with team members working remotely. Better coherency and clarity for the team. I work at a predominately WFH company which naturally tanks morale, synergy and creativity. Lucidspark helps remove that problem for me and my organization. It's good to delegate responsibilities and write out an entire process so nothing is a surprise. Internal communication has improved as well as qualify of feedback and transparency into goals, projects, and time management.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Lucidspark is really a no-brainer to use. Don't even need to consider it. It's a great way to stay connected to colleagues and organize projects. The comments section provides a great organized space for feedback and brainstorming without cluttering up the white board. I like that there's not a wrong way to use Lucidspark. It's versatile and what you make it.
Easy and efficient to use!
What do you like best about the product?
The simple process of importing an existing file to create an org chart without the tedious process of manually creating the org chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
The image url didn't quite work so I had to manually upload the pictures.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and updating the company businesss organizational charts. It helps me understand my company and team members, know their roles.
Extremely useful, creative, easy to use and very dinamic
What do you like best about the product?
I love the way it is so simple and yet so useful, you can organize and make a really good job here, it's so easy ti get use to it and you will be using it more than you expected. It actually has helped me a lot because I usually am not a very creative person, but when I found LucidSpark it really helped me go through this without making to much of an effort, because by the look iteslf, it already seems like you're a very designer and creative person.
That is probably the thing I like the most about LucidSpark when it comes to make a presentation or maybe just to have some information well organized in order to study better, read better or just have it clear for yourself.
That is probably the thing I like the most about LucidSpark when it comes to make a presentation or maybe just to have some information well organized in order to study better, read better or just have it clear for yourself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the low number of forms that you can use for the table, but that's not even a big deal to complain about, the forms that it already has are really useful, they can be all that you need. Another thing that I think it may be a low point is the fact that you probably need to take a good amount of time to understand the way to make the maps. It does have a guide but it just isn't enough to understand at all, so you will need to navigate for your own a lot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
First of all, organizing information, creating maps that I can understand easily and faster than other maps. The most valuable benefit is that you can share it, either to edit or just to view, that's a really very important spec nowdays.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
LucidSpark is clearly a very good option to take if you just need to have a good, simple option to make a map, organizing information or to take a dinamic point of view of things.
A solid collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to get complex thoughts down on paper and work virtually!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that comes to mind just yet, overall's a great tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating complex models/hierarchies that would otherwise require paper and pen or be virtually impossible
Recommendations to others considering the product:
none
Essential for COViD times
What do you like best about the product?
There are two meetings in my department for which a chalkboard/whiteboard is essential. I have replaced both with the Lucidspark board as we all meet virtually. I like that the boards can be shared with specific people, and it's easy to share my screen on Zoom so that everyone's looking at the same board.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took me a little while to figure out that I could type directly on notes, so one of my boards has text superimposed on notes. They'll get cleaned up as time goes on and notes are edited or replaced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For one meeting, it worked so much better than the physical board that we will probably never go back! The ability to put information on "notes" and move them around during the meeting, plus the ability to populate the confidential board ahead of the meeting, were much better than our old way.
