Showcasing a process. It is great to be able to show an inbound lead process and how it converts to a customer.

spend some time in understanding the functionalities. for the most part, it is very collaborative and easy to use. you will see how organized your team will get when you use this product!
Charts designed in Lucidspark/Lucidchart bring ample value & impact to our business

The flexibility and UI of the chart design platform.

I haven't had much that I've disliked so far! we have had trouble sending a chart to someone outside our organization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of lack of visual representation of a flow, process, model, etc per the business. Lucidspark helps us design and bring a visual to a complex process. We've had a number of times where we NEED a platform to 1.) show a complex visitual. 2.) allow the team to collaborate together on the chart.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great way to draw up processes, thoughts, brainstorming whiteboard, and more. I think you need a license for everyone though because sometimes it's hard to share a chart or board outside of your organization (or maybe I need some additional training).

Great tool to have a very clear roadmap, and a cleaner way to do a remote collaborative brainstorm

What do you like best about the product?
I think Lucidspark is great for helping me outline my throught and put visual context next to my investment memo. I like diagram and working free flow, weaving together content as I write. I won a desktop, so I can use word and map out my thoughs when I use on-premise software.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no video integration. Or at least I wasn't aware of it. don't have that much time to browse around features and go through onboarding. If there was zoom integration, that would have been great and would have asked my colleagues to use the collaboration features.

clear organization. just wish that I can vid conferencing with it

I would highly recommend to use it if I can add video conferencing to the dashboard. The messaging isn't that useful in group collab nowadays in my profession. too much content to message out

Aside from the ease of use and the flexibility on the shapes themselves, I like the export to slide the best.

I wish export to slide would export the individual components instead of just a picture.

Diagraming and creating workflows for process automation, flows and solutions in general. Ideation and creative whiteboard session as well.

It is the perfect tool for collaborating on working with flowcharts, process, general ideation, etc. There are so much templates that you could also use for project management type of work.
Great tool for real time collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The co-working aspects are excellent, amazing to work together on digital boards real time. Lucidspark has all the right features and is simple and easy to get started using. I liked that stickies make Lucidspark more powerful than just a diagramming tool. You can organize stickies into containers for easy visualization.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's annoying to use containers after starting a board that have combination of objects and stickies. if you try to move a group onto containers, the objects go behind the container. Containers are only for stickies it turns out!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working remotely has become much easier with Lucidspark boards. The benefit of working together while on a phone call has made it much easier to visualize notes and progress on the go. I've been recommending Lucidspark to all of my remote working friends, especially if they don't have another tool already.

Watch a few example tutorials to get a comprehensive look at the tool and all of its features before diving in. You may be surprised about what it can do!
As a first time user, I was pleasantly surprised by the capabilities of Lucidspark.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the ease of use, and the visualizations. It makes my brainstorming process so much easier and has really sparked creativity within my team.

So far, there is nothing that I dislike. As I mentioned, I am a new user, but I truly have not had any complaints thus far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to break down our fundraising process, to determine best points for contacting donors and understanding where we have breakdowns in the process. It is great to have a visual representation that I can share with my team and that they can easily understand.

I would highly recommend, especially if you are looking for a platform that allows for team collaboration.
LucidSpark - A perfect multiparty collaboration tool for internal users as well as external parties
What do you like best about the product?
It allows the collaboration with multiparty and it has many valued features like voting, chat, sharing and comment section and etc. It's an amazing virtual whiteboard tool for any sized organisation. It helps the users to have virtual brainstorming sessions remotely.
What do you dislike about the product?
No desktop client tool available so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primarily, effective collaboration with our external customers have became so easy after started using Lucidspark.

This is the best tool for any white board collaboration project
Intensive but Well Worth It
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing I have found from LucidSpark has been the sheer amount of customization available. Not only can it hold my organizational tree, to-do lists, and literally most things imaginable but I can pair it with my website mobile app plans/frameworks and be able to see everything. I can do more drawing items on my laptop and quickly see it on my desktop which has more screen real estate.
What do you dislike about the product?
As much as I love how much there is to do it took a long time o set up to how I like it due to the templates just either being drab or missing vital pieces that would have taken too long to do with what I needed to add or take away. There is a bit of a learning curve when you first start using Lucidspark but it is rather forgiving of mistakes. That is a lifesaver. However, if you want something fast and easier to set up or you don't have the patience this may not be for you, but if you're willing to put in the work it is amazing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I waste and lose a lot of sticky notes/notepads but having it all in one place digitally has really allowed me to fast track projects for me.
