Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to create a virtual whiteboard that allows for collaboration and and visual tool during brainstorming sessions with my team
What do you dislike about the product?
So far....nothing! We haven't been using this platform too long, just a month or so, but so far, it's been great
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't all work the same hours, so getting together to whiteboard projects have been a challenge.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try the free verision. very easy to use.
One stop solution for your project diagrammatic representation needs
What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly Interface, Seemless Integration with multiple other tools, and Ability Import to kickstart things immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there is a performance issue, but it's rare and not so frequent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Anything related to Projects diagrammatic Slides, Architectural Designs etc
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Easy to do kick-ass designs representation of your project/architecture/process etc. With Readymade Templates that are available in various categories. The process of designing gets elegant and easier, rather than starting things from scratch, these templates give a wonderful base to build upon, quickly design and bring desired output. Futher the collaboration platform gives a faster feedback and integration mechanism to share works and fastly execute stuff.
Simple and effective whiteboarding online.
What do you like best about the product?
Postit note function - in collaboration with other users. It made it quick and easy to brainstorm ideas. This changed what me and my colleauges were doing beforehand (which was sharing a document) - it felt much more like actually being in the room with eachother.
What do you dislike about the product?
When using my own image as a background, it could have been easier to line up the graph to the format of the sprites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Online collaboration and design methodology. Brainstroming and story telling ideas.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great simple and free service for online whiteboarding and collaboration. Just try it, you'll be suprised at how simple it is.
User friendly, aesthetically pleasing and a great way to organise ideas.
What do you like best about the product?
Loved the idea of visual sticky notes, being able to move them and add comments on the whiteboard. Visually it was clean and not too crowded. Also the ability to all add as a team remotely and in conjunction with each other. I love the way that users can add reactions to post it notes and the automated ways you can organize sticky notes. Having different colors is another really simple way to differentiate between ideas which is perfect for visual planners like myself. Being constantly editable is great too, as is the ability to share the board across the team following meetings. Features like spell check are valuable, particularly when exporting into another format. A feature I am yet to use is the time element, I think this could work especially well as we are looking to ensure our meetings are engaging and concise. I noticed the voting option - this is such a great way to quickly decide on goals/strategies quickly. Breakout boards are another idea that works really well - allowing smaller groups that may be discussing different tasks to focus on those collectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I can think of is too many collaborators make the board sometimes a little hectic/difficult to use. Equally moving notes can sometimes be a bit confusing when other people are working on the board, and sometimes the issue arose where someone wrote over/on someone else's note that was created - however this would surely be eliminated with more frequent use. I haven't looked into whether or not you can integrate this with other platforms like Slack but I wonder if that would be helpful to send ideas to via Slack. I also wonder if the ability to include images in your post-its would be helpful - like screenshots. I did find the whiteboard itself slightly 'slippy' when navigating, and it was hard to zoom but also maintain a view of all the notes when looking at a bigger board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of a remote way to collaborate and brainstorm. Benefits are sharing ideas in a permanent, engaging way which works really well when remote working is so prevalent. Also it means we don't need someone organizing the meeting/taking notes, putting the focus back on ideas and not jotting things down. It also works as a permanent space for users to refer back to which is super helpful when looking retrospectively. Furthermore, for those not included in team meetings, it is simple and clear to look at. The clear benefit is the ability to work in a team as if you were in the office, which is certainly missed. Other problems we solved with lucid spark was managing to allow the whole team to convey their ideas without the difficulties of Zoom - talking over each other etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would highly recommend for those looking for a simple, visual way to work collaboratively. While my review is based on the free services, these alone were impressive enough to make a marked difference in a meeting with hold regularly.
Amazing Tech!!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality of it I can use it to create so many diagrams and flow charts it is very customizable even with the lite version.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it could improve on adding more shapes and images. It has s good array but sometimes I can not find a shape that would work better. Also smoother transitions in workspace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to connect ideas and concepts in a clear visible way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can use lucidcharts for all your diagram needs that provides you with a fully customizable layout to clearly diagram everything you need. Lucid sparks is an incredible interactive tool that can help educators build interactive models easily.
Very useful for collaboration to create workflows and diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time collaboration made it super easy, copying and pasting images into it to build it out is great as well. Using the wireframes/models provided really helps. Having multiple sheets allows us to have various versions in one document so we can see the differences between each iteration if we so desire.
Able to come back in and continue to modify the documents really helps as well!

What do you dislike about the product?
Sharing with the public does not seem to be an option - maybe I missed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Coming up with some workflow scenarios
2. Designing/architecting navigation / product structure of our infrastructure
3. Building out some wireframes for some websites

Created a Website Site Map and Work Plan In A Fraction of the Time
What do you like best about the product?
An easy to navigate and understand interface with elements that can be adapted on the fly as ideas are generated or refined. It allowed me to communicate intent with my less tech-savvy bosses easily, and in a way that didn't require knowledge of coding for them to understand. I also ended up using it as a framework to consider or reject various templates for the website before letting what we could find limit our desires. It was also fantastic to be able to use custom colours to really tailor the design to our needs, using colours similar to our brand colours to further refine the look of our eventual website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The elements displaying how to use the sheet count as elements in the sheet, limiting the number of objects I can place. Once I realized what was happening and deleted them, I was fine, but it seems an odd choice. I know I'm only using the trial/free version, and there are some elements that may be better, or more refined if I was using the for-pay version I understand.
I would also love if there was a hex code colour generator for the custom colours, so we could exactly nail our brand colours instead of approximations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were creating a website mock-up to organize our ideas in advance of creating a new website for our business. Using Lucidspark made it much easier to share ideas than using notes on paper and hoping everyone got the same idea from a doodle.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Play around with it first; A lot of what you need can be made with a bit of trial and error. Also, make sure you go in with an organized idea of what you want, because it's a seemingly infinite whiteboard, and you may end up with pages or document elements all over the place!
New experience with Lucidspark
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to handle, also for not-so-talented students.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that fast to understand all possibilities. So try and discover the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with different schools from different countries. With Lucidspark, we are all informed what to do.
Great for collaborative brainstorming and idea evolution
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive, and fluid even on some older machines. The important thing to the team I work with on it is that we are easily able to follow the others around as they talk through their thought process and link ideas together. Being able to lock onto your collaborator's view is very handy for this.
What do you dislike about the product?
A dark theme would be useful for late nights! Perhaps Discord integration or Slack if the more professional client would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get collaborative brainstorming in a session that is saved and we usually expand upon later. It's usually very handly to have this while we work on storyboarding and piecing together the narrative and features for the game we're making together as a small indie group.
Best for every level and every need
What do you like best about the product?
Friendly UI and very easy to understand.
