What do you like best about the product?
It is excellent and effortless to use, and I would recommend this to anyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every feature works well. So there is nothing in the dislike list.

I used this tool for designing process flow and technical diagrams, and it is excellent to use.

User friendly and easy to use. Less learning curve

Importing External/another image/Visio in the environment or other format diagrams sometimes not get handled well

Creating complex architecture design diagram to give visibility to the leadership of current state and future state
Simple to use, just what I needed for a presentation

Drag and drop feature that allows you to build a flowchart however you want.

I didn't find anything about Lucidspark that I disliked

Lucidspark allowed us to see our operating processes and find opportunities to improve visually.

The UI and the simplicity of it is the highlight. I like the ease of collaboration as it is cloud based

Does not have as many featues as Luicd Chart. Other than that there was nothing I really disliked but did not feel like I needed it for a technical role as much.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows for me to explain to customers what I am thinking and technical flow with ease. Like how this is webbased as well.

If you are looking for a simple tool to help with business flow and allow for easy collaboration - this is for you.
Project Management Became Easy with Lucidspark
What do you like best about the product?
The interface is cool and smooth, also, the use of the project creation tools is user-friendly and straightforward, it will literally take you just a few minutes to complete a diagram or chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Microsoft Visio conversion could be improved a little bit since there seems to be a disconnect when it comes to the parsing of data while importing .VS files
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My project management, opening Visio projects and editing them, as I stated above, it will take me no time to create a chart
Great platform, intuitive and interactive
What do you like best about the product?
I would recommend Lucidspark for a number of uses. It is especially helpful for working on teams, you can use color coding to help figure out your order. It is a great working document similar to Google docs but very different in how interactive it is.
Each time you load it up there are helpful tips.
It was a great way to conceptualize our spring curriculum - we organized it into several different categories as a live document which all team members had access to editing

What do you dislike about the product?
there is not much I dislike about the platform, it is very intuitive and easy to use, you can use it for a number of things.
Perhaps having an easier way to change backgrounds or a how to button to make the backgrounds more interactive.

Lucidspark is making our work atmosphere more collaborative and fun!
It feels much more fluid to edit a living document on this platform than a lot of other platforms I have used.

Helpful Tool, Wish it was setup as a Suite
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easily the platform organizes itself and how user-friendly it is; it is clear the development team considered user experience across the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most frustrating thing is the various "Lucid" platforms that aren't integrated and/or are paid for separately - it adds up quickly and I don't think the value is there to justify multiple subscriptions to the platform. IE: LucidSpark and LucidChart do integrate to stay within the same dashboard, but they don't (or it's not easy to figure out/I haven't yet) talk to a chart and spark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are developing and outlining various operational workflows for our business - both internal and external resources. It's beneficial to have all of these tiny steps written out and visualized to allow better continuous improvement efforts and process changes. It has helped identify problem areas, quick fixes, areas that we do well, and areas that may need a longer-term solution to improve.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Really nice tool to help organize complex operating systems into a visual representation; worth the cost - super easy to use and customize.

It was so easy to switch between pages and tabs
There was the ability to make monthly or yearly subscriptions which made it very affordable for individual subscribers
There's the possibility to integrate with other applications too
I think it's value for money and encourages individual subscription as there are affordable plan which you are able to cancel at anytime

I like everything so far, not sure if there's anything to dislike.
I got the satisfaction I could ever have asked for.
I may have loved that we get monthly email tips to better improve our designs.
Video tutorial hyperlinks or hyperlinks may be quite useful as well.
Then maybe some reminder emails if someone has not logged in for a while.

It's worth it. Value for money and it encourages individual purchases

Especially with the virtual working from home situation, this is a great tool for sharing ideas and collaborating.

This program is amazing and if you conduct meetings through internet this is valuable for your biz!

The fact everyone can use one slide and post notes, move things around, make suggestions that are visible.

The are company did not get a renewal and I think it is important.

It is great for Process Improvement and team meetings to get things rolling through internet when we are all still not able to meet in person.
