Used it for a collaborative workshop, where everyone can put their point of views on a page. Replaces real whiteboard and post-its in the digital world. i was able to conduct a small workshop digitally and able to identiy top items to workon after brainstorming and prioritization with the team.

Amazing product for business presentations
What do you like best about the product?
It is a user friendly tool. It allows me to present my work and talk about a project in depth and make it conversational.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs more tools and maybe attachments of objects or a web clip or image attachment
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark helps me solve the remote meeting issue of not being able to whiteboard a discussion.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This tool helps you collaborate with your team Even through a bridge like you are in a conference room. It helps the team have a visual board.
A great tool for teachers!
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate this tool as it has become a must in my classes. It is a great idea to use it in order to teach in distance learning classes and also to allow children to work as a team. It's not only a digital whiteboard, but a platform where you have the opportunity to display all your ideas in a creative and engaging way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like that Lucid have a premium version specifically for teachers with tools which are intended to power up classes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm solving the need to make a real classroom into a virtual one without losing quality of education.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use all of the tools which Lucid prices you with! You won't regret it.
Excellent, easy to use charting tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Had to use this as an alternative to Microsoft Visio as part of a database class, and I found that this was extremely easy to use and intuitive. Any object that is needed can easily be searched for and simply dragged and dropped to create a new item. Connections were very easy and simply required a click and drag to connect two separate objects, then edit the endpoints in the upper right corner. This easily links with google accounts as well, which makes it easy to integrate into anything using GSuite products as well. Definitely a great and less costly alternative as compared to Microsoft Visio.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one issue I had and experienced with Lucidspark is that sometimes the connecting lines can reset to an arrowhead. Especially when designing databases, many of the same connectors are used multiple times. It would be excellent if Lucidspark could simply keep the previously made edits rather than resetting the connector. It would also be nice if there was a more intuitive option for resetting each line as well, or at least allowing you to constrain the line to keep it straight. There were several times where I had moved a box, only to have my line loop around the screen. Granted, this was rare but it still sometimes happened.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As stated previously, I used this mostly for database design for a class. I was supposed to have access to Visio but never received that and had to search for alternatives. This helped me complete the course at a high level and earn an A in the course. However, it wasn't JUST the program that allowed me to do that, Lucidspark offers a great tutorial for what each symbol meant, various entity types, and also different models. The resources provided by Lucidspark are a great and very valuable addition. The other great thing that I toyed around with was the whiteboard features which could be a great way to collaborate in some of my classes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for an alternative to Visio or need something that is more in the spirit of collaboration, use Lucidspark. Likewise, if you want something that is extremely easy and intuitive, I highly recommend this product.
Fantastic digital collab tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark takes the effort out of digital collaboration tasks, easy to use, intuitive and offers a range of pre-fabricated templates at your disposal. I am enjoying the experience so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst invited collaborators can participate on a board without a license, they need to be anonymous which is different to other in-market products from my experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to easily connect and collab with a remote workforce on many different problems, such as team management, IT solutions and brainstorming for roadmap suggestions. Additionally, having quick access to templates has increased productivity as I don't need to spend time creating them prior to collab sessions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you understand the limitations of collaborating with non-licensed users, certain functions such as voting are non-effective in these scenarios which can be a challenge when working with external teams, partners or vendors.
Flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely helpful flowchart feature - use this regularly, as do others on my team
What do you dislike about the product?
Have not tried out the paid features so cannot speak to those
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Flowcharts for a number of different uses - operations, clinical guidelines, etc
Good for smaller groups, can be challenging at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick to learn your way around. The feature set is better than other whiteboarding products. In particular, reactions and voting sessions stood out from other products.
What do you dislike about the product?
Found it challenging to operate at scale. When more than 10 people were on a board it became hard to follow and we experienced quite a bit of latency. Very processor intensive which can cause issues if running things like Zoom and Google Docs simultaneously. Default formatting (text wrapping) of post-its could be better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Strategic planning and brainstorming. While challenging to do this with a large group found it useful for ideation and discussion in small groups.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider the size of the team who'll be using it. Small teams: great. Whole staff brainstorming sessions we found it challenging.
A platform for whiteboard lovers
What do you like best about the product?
That I can make notes to refer to later that don't need to be on my analog whiteboard
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a great product. There is nothing that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notes that need to be saved for future use.

Lucidspark has been extremely helpful for my business use, we use it all the time now.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it was to learn and teach. It has been an easy project to learn and understand how to use, which was nice to pick up quickly. The ability to share it with our team has made it easy to collaborate and share what we need. I also have found it extremely helpful to share and export the document as a pdf which makes sharing an uneditable document even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it were more compatible on my iPad. This would allow me to draw and take more notes freehand which would be extremely helpful. When using it, the only other challenge that I find is when some of the arrows or shapes snap and lock in places that I dont want the to be at. However, even this I have been able to learn from and work better with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management and simple feedback. We have been able to make flowcharts for internal use and with clients to show examples of what we need to accmoplish. Sharing these documents has been extremely easy to collaborate and make decisions with. I have been able to share more and express our needs so much easier with Lucidspark. In our company, we have been using it a lot for collaboration and I have really learn to appreciate Lucidspark. It was easy to integrate into daily tasks.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Just start using it, and you will learn quickly.
