The navigation is user-friendly. Copying shapes and other aspects is a great feature

What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark helped me to build a full chart workflow for my soon to be open factory. The app is easy to understand and work on. I didn't need any additional walktroughs or anything. If you are in business apps regularly you'd understand and see what you need to do when you want it. Being able to watch and see what has been done is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Altough I don't need it I'd like to have this app in Turkish Language aswell. Generally I do like to have the app for my team because we are able to communicate and see what to do unfortunately my team is unable to understand the app because they don't know English well. That's what you should improve as I believe you'd get more people on board from Turkey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped me to build a check-list like chart so I don't miss any important step on my work. It also let me watch over my collagues. I can see whoever did what and that's a great thing for the amount of money we pay!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It will definetly help you in a lot of ways. You'd be able to work as one with your team, without any hassle. I wish I knew this app before. Just give it a go, try to plan a chart for your company and think about your steps. After then you visualise it and try to show it on the screen. You would see that it is easy to print out.
Lucid is very useful
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to deploy new cards to the board and that when using Lucid you have a "actual meeting room experiene" which is limited during COVID times.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to follow the presenter all over the board. Sometimes people get distracted and fail to follow the flow of the meeting and then have troubles to find what is being discussed currently. It'd be great to have a feature allowing to summon all people to a certain place on the board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the problem of not being able to meet face to face with the team in COVID times. Lucid is a great tool to emulate the whiteboard experience on-line. Without it we were stuck with simple shared text document. Now we can deploy cards, draw and feel as though we are in the same meeting room.
Great collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to do virtual brainstorms. The default templates provided are useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not very easy to transfer the lucid spark content into nice presentable power points afterwards - there is a lot of copy pasting to do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is an excellent tool for virtual facilitation, especially in these times when it is not possible to be together in a room to brainstorm
User Friendly and Collaborative
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is a user friendly and collaborative tool. It's easy to create boards from templates and intuitive for participants to engage in the session by adding post-it notes etc. Also like the voting session and breakout boards. Good quality exports and easy to go back and review the different boards. Like that it's easy to use and has the most important functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes, but adding some more templates for process maps and flow charts would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems so far. Great tool, and nice to have Lucudchart and Lucidspark within the same tool, rather than having multiple tools with different interfaces and licenses.
Fast, easy and great overhead
What do you like best about the product?
Easy and quick to use. Fast sharing when collaboarting in teams. The structure on how to move within the page and how to add values for the viewers. The usable tools and show screen are very positive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybesome more graphic options would could be added. Just to get some more options on added graphics. It sometimes difficult to navigate. So one suggestion is that you make it more user friendly for other consumers that are from an older generation than the younger one today. This would most probably help you up with more users from the Architecture IT teams such as IT Infra Managers and so on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Direct showcases and brainstorm meetings in my virtual meetings are very often in the need of a platform where wbe can add our ides and then as a team can work on afterwards to structure it better and thenprepare for the next meeting. This platform solves this and gives us also the possibility to use it in face to face meetings where we normaly use an non digital whiteboard. We can now use fist a non digital whteboard in those meetings and then structure from that in to your platform and then skip the typical take a photo behaviour.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need to plan, collaborate, brainstorm, structure and be able to be the "great presenter" on a meeting then you should use Lucidspark

What do you like best about the product?
i can ceate fast and easy relationship charts with colours and symbols. it is easy to let everyone to can work together in the cloud from their home or office, because you only need internet and almosts everyone, now a days , has internet and their office and almost everyone at their wotk, if nto you can always use the internet of your personal phone , or from the work phone to create a hotsot and connect to the internet.
also, the price is not too high, specially for business where you have to manage databeses and you need a sw that is easy to use and that everyone can have access. is sw engineering is common that people work distributed in the world, which is a modern trend these days, so having a sw that allows to share an organization of a sw with its funtionality to everyone with a few steps is great help.

i could not find good libraries for engineering prototyping and hw and electric concept design:
i missed a library for hw and electric, a lib for PID process diagrams, alib for timing and sequencing diagrams, a lib for pneumatic and hydraulic schematics

if you are starting to orgnise a sw or any uther system with functional requieremnts, lucid helps visualisy all the info involved.

How easy it is to start working with it with no knowledge of the tool.

When I tried to do something different from the "basic stuff", it was hard to find a proper template.
Sharing the projects has been generating issues all the time. People always try to just copy the link as it is (as in most web apps) and forget that they have to generate an ad-hoc sharing url.

Feedback sessions of different purposes is our main use, though I've been using it to work on some system networks

Don't be shy and try different stuff. There's more to Lucid than just post-its. If you are going to be using it with some regularity, learn the basic shortcuts, it will save you a lot fo time

The sticky notes are helpful to segregate information and keep tabs on multiple different topics easily.

I did not find anything I disliked about Lucidspark except that it lagged a few times which I was drawing.
