Great software, makes work easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to create an org chart quickly and easily share it with my team, it helps organize all of our CS processes. We use it every single day and find a lot of value from it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's a great product, we use it every single day.

When I started, I could not see the lucidcharts right away even though I was logged in with the same domain as my coworkers. They had to give me read permission explicitly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently, we are using it to domain model our new feature. It has multiple levels of abstractions, and it helps to visualize it.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I'd love it if there were a text version, e.g., PlantUML. It would be mainly for engineering to have versioning.
Very fluid and easy to use.

I was able to use it for a large working session right away without any real pre-work.
It was extremely fluid even with multiple editors.
The infinit canvas is great. Allowing other editors to create their own diagrams in parallel.

What do you dislike about the product?
Have not found any dislikes.
I would suggest feature functionality be kept extremely focused and stay with the more streamlined approach to facilitate quick whiteboard and leave the more feature rich functions to lucid chart, which I'm also a fan of.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team working sessions. Capturing ideas. Creating common ground for business and engineering teams. Also have begun using it for project planning with the data linking.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to use because I do not have to train my team. I really love how user friendly it is, especially I do not have that the most tech savy cowokers, so it reduces the time taken out for questions and help.We like that we can share practically anything on the software. Voting is also a big bonus for us. The software just saves so much time compared to other interactive business software (zoom).
What do you dislike about the product?
I use more than one lucid software; it would be nice to have all the different softwares in one place. I just do not like having several different tabs open when I can easily navigate through one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to meet within social distance guidlines, it ensures that everyone has a voice and everyone is being heard. I like that ensures fairness among my team. It also helps us stay focus, there are no real distractions when using the softwares, it increases our effienciency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is very easy to use. There are not too many softwares that are actually user friendly.

Great tool for collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. You can grant access via zoom and all tools/capabilites can be shared.

It needs better labels or an update where it's more new/modern

It helps me drive interaction within the team when they all can use the whiteboard and explain their thoughts.

Use it for a few days and then your LOVE it
Easy to learn. Easy to use.

You can create a template and then customize as much or as little as you like. Easier to read and keep organized.

There is nothing I dislike about using Lucidspark.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a school we are using Lucidspark to keep track of student seating arrangements and the layout of our classrooms. This has been particularly useful in helping with the management of Covid-19 tracking.
Unexpectedly pretty neat!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use compared to others. We demoed 3 collaboration software packages and this was by far the easiest to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Mural had a cooler feature where one could pan over to different slides... if you wanted a neater way to transition slides on a presentation...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It turns out that my role doesn't need to host a bunch of large brainstorming meetings, so many of the templates didn't apply to me. The Lucid Chart was a quicker version of VISIO that came in handy for my role/job. With some refining and work I think it could be more relevant to my job.
Extremely useful for drawing and annotating graphs
What do you like best about the product?
The whiteboard is very easy to use and it allows people to collaborate, this is very important when tutoring students online.
What do you dislike about the product?
Often the arrows which you draw start bending which is quite annoying when drawing diagrams
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am tutoring A-Level Economics students therefore I need to draw and explain different diagrams and get the students to do the same.
