More brainstorming, simplified process mapping, and collaboration where we can't afford a massive learning curve for new users.

Ease of use. Ability to facilitate virtual whiteboard sessions. Simplicity of starting a multiple atttendee session(key feature).

Slight differences in how content is created in Lucidchart vs Lucidspark. Lucidchart is the more efficent tool to map processes, and Lucidspark is more effective at collaboration.

Virtual workshops. Realtime collaboration. Remote training and group learning.

It's all online - so it saves files. It's mac friendly.

It's hard to collaborate with guests. My guest spent 20 minutes trying to get in but we couldn't figure out how they could have same collaboration options.

The project group used it for brain stroming sessions and design thinking sessions.
We normally use it together with zoom, so we can talk and work on it at the same time. It's better than just use the share screen function ofo zoom.

The most significant complaint is price. However, the free tools we looked at cannot compare to this product in terms of flexibility and security.

The learning curve is not easy for everyone

We are able to share the flow of marketing campaigns and other projects across teams ensuring everyone is on the same page. It is a great way to be able to access plans & "whiteboard" messages without having to have a physical board and be worried about losing notes or other information.
