Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best process mapping collaborative tool available, period.
Great tool for white boarding
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to get up and running with a board, and sharing with others is frictionless

Lucidspark
What do you like best about the product?
The idea of a shared whiteboard platform is pretty good and comes in handy at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, the interface is too simply and it becomes useful only when you have the hardware (tablet/smartboard) for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We tried to use it instead of physical whiteboards but unfortunately it didn't work out quite like how we like. It would be more useful in an environment where there are many tablets/smartboard.
Creative products
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, very innovative products, and easy to collaborate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the response of the product is slow, but that could be the network.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, ideation, prioritize.
Review: LucidSpark
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to collaborate with others is what I love most. It's simple, intuitive, and fun to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have feedback here yet. I haven't found anything that I could add here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Like I mentioned above, I love the collaboration that can be easily implemented with LucidSpark. I'm a strong advocate for including 4C skills in the classroom, and this is my go-to tool to help students communicate vitually, collaborate, and brainstorm ideas.
Map your mind on the fly!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can, as the title describes above, map your own mind on the fly while you are going through different environments, you can use this awesome tool all the time: in the middle of a meeting to map out everything that is being discussed, if you are starting a project and need to "put into paper" ideas and/or processes, and how all these can be connected. I love as well the User Interface that is super friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe what I would not like that much, is the fact that is "part of Lucidchart" but you need to get another license for it, I see it as a powerful tool, but maybe there should be a way to find a middle point where the 2 products can live altogether into just 1 license.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems, a lot, starting from the fact that communicating using objects/drawings/illustrations is 1000 times better than only with written words (for some things) this allows us to visualize what's being discussed, also what needs to happen from point A to B, going through all the different tasks required for things to happen.
By using it you can also share one board across the globe (no kidding) with anyone that you are meeting about any type of things that you need.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! If you aren't unsure you can sign up for free and the Lucidspark team is there available to meet with you to go through your specific needs, and they'll share with you how to get things done!
Lucidspark and Working From Home
What do you like best about the product?
In the current business landscape, lucidspark and lucidchart have been great ways to communicate with team members remotely. It functions well and it's easy to use and to learn - especially coming from a product such as Vizio. It contains many features that I've used extensively and have shared with my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid could have a more user-friendly UI. While it's easy to use, sometimes it isn't as easy to find the tools you need right away. There could be more universal language embedded in the program so save time explaining items to teammates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With our team creating many process maps and flowcharts on Lucidchart, even before the new Work-From-Home era, Lucidspark helps us communicate and brainstorm as though our team is still in the same setting. We benefit from quick answers and the ability to see other's work and comments right away. The inability to see team members every day in the office made for some stoppages but Lucid has helped ease the process and has made a great deal of work go smoothly ever since. The ability to brainstorm with each other in real-time is great but the ability to leave ideas there for others to come back to or to add when they're free of available helps with these uncertain times.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take the online tutorials. and make sure to include your team in the learning process.
Useful collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
Physical whiteboards were always a staple of brainstorming sessions at my company, pre-COVID. LucidSpark has allowed us to carry forward that tradition in a virtual way, which fits seamlessly into our company personnel interactions. The most important aspect of any tool such as this is the ability to provide functionality, without it getting in your way. LucidSpark is both feature rich, but also intuitive, and very nimble in it's functionality. The ability to import LucidChart documents is also a major plus for us. We also appreciate the teams integration, allowing us to link certain whiteboards in our teams channels/chats. The templates are also very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the purpose in which we use the tool, there are not many cons for us. I would like to see the entire extended list of shapes available in LucidChart, available in LucidSpark. We've become accustomed to translating diagram ideas with an internal standard of shapes and functions, and are not fully able to replicate this in LucidSpark. I do wish that at our level of subscription, comments and presentation builder were included in LucidSpark's offering, but I can see how an organization that just wants a simple digital whiteboard could forgo those features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problem that lucidspark helps us address is being able to actively and in real-time collaborate during any project's ideation step. The major limitation of other collaborative software we use is that the real-time drawing tools and sketching capabilities are limited. There are no excellent online equivalents in the rest of the Microsoft 365 suite, so lucidspark fills an important niche
Lucidspark is great for Education!
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to share and to collaborate with colleges on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I disliked; it all worked well for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to build and share projects with my students.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great product.
