Lucidspark is a great virtual whiteboard helping remote teams collaborate online.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simple to share and collaborate.

Larger Lucidspark projects can become a little difficult to navigate. Have seen some issues with refreshing of updates.

Solid product that falls flat with its pricing model
What do you like best about the product?
Lucidspark is well built program that helps people collaborate and document and plan. It integrates well, which has always been a strength of Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my experience, Lucidspark doesn't offer any functionality that sets it apart. Everything that I used it for can be done, to similar results, by a handful of competing alternatives. The $200 price point will garuntee that it's only used in a few select hands in an organization creating a divide between the haves and the have-nots.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ever activity that used to occur with post-it notes can be better handled and preserved with Lucidchart. We've done prioritization activities, solving organizational and dependency problems. I have created communications and discussion assets, replacing powerpoint in my personal use.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a great program, but for the price, your can get the same usability elsewhere cheaper. I'd recommend it if $200 doesn't really matter to you.

Lucidspark is a great collaboration tool!
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy to use cloud solution which allows collaborating for both online and offline users. For example, we are using it to plan quarterly goals for our teams and provide updates and discuss current statuses using Zoom connected and physically present in a meeting room.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to get used to controls, which are quite specific, and someone can accidentally pull away half of the board instead of scrolling it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We virtualizing and visualizing our collaboration space for people who work remotely and cannot gather around a whiteboard to brainstorm or share ideas.
Perfect For Remote Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
The UI simple, clean, and easy to learn. Those who have already used other Lucid products, like LucidChart, should have no problem picking up LucidSpark.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. I'm excited to see what future iterations look like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has been remote for over a year. The collaborative abilities of LucidSpark have helped us brainstorm, visualize, comment, and vote as we build the future of our company, all while being 100% remote.
Great Flexible Tool
What do you like best about the product?
As the UX Manager, I love the easy integration with LucidChart. We were already using LucidChart frequently, and LucidSpark takes our visualizations and collaborations to a new level of ease and efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have encountered some save state issues, but overall, the tool is bug-free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have solved some of our virtual collaboration issues with Lucidspark. Our teams can work in real-time together to get to solutions. The more visual and flexible way in which Lucidspark allows us to work with research data has been a benefit.

I highly recommend Lucidspark as a support tool for product development, create and share flows and graphs with your team.
Great collaboration platform for visualization of processes
What do you like best about the product?
Like the templates in LucidSpark. Provides a good jump-off-point and structure for collaboration sessions. Like the ease of simultaneous collaboration. Do not see the lag and hang-ups that get with Microsoft Whiteboard. Additionally, have more functionality in shapes, editing capability, and more w/ LucidSpark than MS Whiteboard. Also like ease at how can collaborate w/ group on process mapping activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to use effectively. It's fairly intuitive to get started, but some of the more advanced features and templates take time to understand. Also, have struggled to export to other programs. Might need to explore this in more depth to understand how to do this easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed virtual collaboration with more functionality than the free applications we were using. We also needed something that could handle multiple users at once without crashing or significantly lagging. Lucidspark has all the functionality we need for creative visualizations and online freeform collaboration. It's been a good tool for our team during the pandemic and will continue to use as we continue to work remote.
