I really love Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for collaboration across multiple teams and it works pretty well. I use it to visualize workflows with business terms, and having a common visual representation helps everyone stay on the same page. It's a great and excellent tool for brainstorming, Visio-like diagrams, organizing workstreams and content. It is super easy to learn and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to download entire boards as a flat file for backup and portability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows us to easily create detailed visuals that help express the requirements for projects. It allows us to easily get aligned across teams and effectively communicate and work together on the same project.
Using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite Is Fun.
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to organize our thoughts and work together in figuring out process flow. I like the ability to use it while others are in there and see each others changes which is very nice and useful. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great at showing org charts, process flows, and visualizing the work we are trying to accomplish. It is very customizable to fit to specific needs but also has built-in functionality to make it easy to showcase a solution being worked on.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite daily and i haven't experienced any challenges so there's nothing to dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped us with folder structures and hierarchies across our projects. It has helped us to organize, color-code and sort our thoughts to put everything together in a clear sequence.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in two different marketing agencies for a one major reason (Boosting Marketing). I like that Lucidchart allows me to analyze market trends by visualizing marketing research through flowcharts and AI initiatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is my fault though - I find myself logging to Lucidspark while in real fact I am looking to create diagrams and flowcharts just a bit of confusion - I am getting to know each one of then though ( Lucidchart & Lucidspark).

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite identifies weaknesses, opportunities and areas for improvements by creating visual representations of customer journey and market trends automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite incredibly easy to access and efficient to work on, enhancing my productivity with flowcharts over the past three months. I like how effortlessly I can select shapes and connect them efficiently, making the design process intuitive and seamless. Thanks to Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have significantly improved my design skills, gaining both personal and professional value. The initial setup was so easy, and I can confidently say that everything within the suite functions well without any noticeable issues. My satisfaction with this tool is high enough that I would recommend it with a rating of 10 out of 10 to friends and colleagues.

What do you like best about the product?
It's the easiest to use of the visual softwares out in the market!
What do you dislike about the product?
It seems like it's losing the digital whiteboarding race. At school, most people rely on Miro for this tool, and it's hard to get others to leave what they're familiar with just because I like it.

They make it easy to create process maps!

Very easy to pick up and learn. Visual and simple. Doesn't try to be more than it is, just works.

I think it can be a bit difficult to make things look more presentable to an external audience. I mainly use it for internal demonstrations.

While Lucid is a great collaboration tool, it can sometimes feel a bit complex for new users. There’s a slight learning curve when exploring advanced features, and real-time performance can lag a little with large, detailed diagrams.

Even though Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has a freemium version, it does not allow users to use the mobile applications until they upgrade.

As a President in an Education and Non-profit organization living a way from part of my team, I am able to execute projects collaboratively with them via Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
Essential Visual Collaboration for Every Business User Looking to Boost Business Productivity
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across all the three companies that I am currently working for. I like how Lucid allocates two separate applications for different purposes, ie Lucidchart and Lucidspark. With Lucidchart, I am able to create diagrams and flowcharts that help me visualize business to identify areas of weaknesses automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since last year when I implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never had any issues apart from when I hadn’t upgraded to Team Plan - I am able to use the two mobile applications without logging restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating AI flowcharts and processes with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite saves time which I devote to other productive projects.
The most robust platform to execute a great diagram idea
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is easy to use and the many templates offer a large pool of new diagrams ideas. Very straightforward to add shapes and connectors which come together in a quick menu to form fantastic flow charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The variety of options may require a short orientation phase for some people when used for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The infinite canvas gives me the capabilities to create entire organization chart and the easy to add shapes and drawing into the canvas allows me to speed the process of creating mindmaps.
