Intuitive Interface, Great for Planning and Mapping
What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for project planning, process mapping, and brainstorming. I like its easy-to-use interface that is intuitive, minimalist and supports drag and drop. The AI integration is a nice touch. There's no learning curve required, making it accessible right away. The wizards are great for supporting designs, and it offers plenty of features and options, along with lots of helpful templates. The initial setup was very easy, especially with the wizards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I prefer when designs are fixed and centered automatically rather than manually zooming and recentering each time you add a new element. Also, as design options are vast, it can be overwhelming. It would also be nice to adjust design options to say 'basic' showing only essential options unless changed. The trial is quite restrictive; I prefer to be limited to a number of designs (say 3 max) rather than also being limited within the design to a set amount of elements. Due to this, I cannot fully test the platform to justify a subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its easy-to-use, minimalist interface with drag-and-drop and AI integration, which helps in project planning, process mapping, and brainstorming.
Essential Tool for Effortless Design and Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It makes design and collaboration easier. life saver for tech people who want to present flow charts, architectural diagrams. It has too many features
What do you dislike about the product?
not much, just the fact that it can be a bit difficult for a first-timer and would probably need too many modifications and googling to get around with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Collaboration suite provides me with the tools to work on visual representation of some highly technical stuff which can be easily explained to the downstream business stakeholders

The diagraming tool is easy to use and helps convey ideas in client interactions

Honestly, nothing. Although I hate the ‘@name’ at the bottom of sticky notes

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful feature about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that you can choose the purpose for your diagram. The upsides of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that it is super easy to navigate. I learned how to use this tool in less than 15 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The least helpful feature about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is nothing. The downsides of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is nothing. I haven't found something to complain about!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having to use over-complicated platforms to create UML diagrams that take a lot of my time.
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is helpful for flexible brainstorming.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is best for creating quick flowcharts, especially when the turnaround time is less than an hour. It makes it extremely easy to create flowcharts and gives you a clear path on what needs to be done in a project. The clarity provided by creating visio images to illustrate data flows within our business is a powerful and incredible tool that consumed by both our internal users and our external clients to help understand the data journey.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the past 5 years I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and i haven't encountered any challenging issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has definitely helped us to have a clearer concept of the processes we follow. I like how it conveys business requirements to development staff and it facilitates the sharing of ideas across business units. Also, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite provides ability to clearly document and explain workflow.
Great and amazing tool for quick flowcharts.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is perfect for online collaboration. It makes you feel like you are in the same room as everyone else is in the workshop. It is used to create process flows and data flow diagram which help users to understand the system easily and with the help of these diagrams the user gets to know about the solution and how it works and how the data flows from start to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more templates. I would highly appreciate.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very easy to use and helps with organizing and planning your ideas. We are able to use Lucid for complaints process, investigations, deviations and incidents. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows us to create beautiful and easy to understand diagrams.

We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to brainstorm ideas, processes and projects across cross-functional teams. We also use it as a visual tool to map out the project journey from initiation to delivery. It's a great tool that gets ideas down, shared quickly and effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the functionality isn't super intuitive for those not used to these sorts of platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We find it helpful in terms of bringing teams together and allowing everyone to contribute in a fair and accessible way, ensuring that we get the best ideas and solutions possible with clear next steps. When you are approaching the edge of a template, it automatically makes the diagram bigger.
Intuitive and Easy, But Limited Free Options
What do you like best about the product?
I like Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its ease of use. It's inherently intuitive and easy to navigate, which is great for tasks like diagramming infrastructure such as databases.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the limited shapes for free usage and wish it was maybe free to use for one project, as I had to pivot since I could not proceed.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for diagramming out infrastructure like databases. It's inherently intuitive and easy to use.
Fast and Effective Tool for Expressing Ideas
What do you like best about the product?
I value how quickly it completes tasks, which allows me to communicate ideas easily and effectively. There are many templates, and you can achieve great things with them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several things I do not like:
a. It is rather unintuitive that the arrows cannot be adjusted in terms of rotations or where to make breaks in them.
b. Its artificial intelligence leaves much to be desired; it is basically useless.
c. For what it costs, it should be able to import a graph in PNG, JPG, or PDF format and convert it into an identical diagram, or at least a similar one.

I have to say, the real-time collaborative editing feature stands out to me. It allows multiple team members to work on the same diagram simultaneously, with changes syncing instantly. I truly appreciated this aspect.

Lucid visual has been the best tool when it comes to creating visually appealing diagrams , flowcharts and timelines. Lucid visual has broad variety of templates that provides perfect starting point for any idea. It aslo enhances cross team collaboration capabilities and sharing of diagrams is quite easy. Lucid application is aslo fairy priced.

Lucid visual has been the perfect solution so far. No major issues that we have encountered.

Lucid visual has been one of the best tool to use to design diagrams, collaboration and planning. It's fairly priced and easy to use. Great templates and the drag and drop interface is amazing.
