What do you like best about the product?
I love using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating technical diagrams and brainstorming design ideas. It excels at helping me clearly visualize complex designs and how services connect, which is far more intuitive than wading through dense documentation or code. The drag-and-drop feature is particularly invaluable, as it saves me a considerable amount of time and allows me to concentrate on the design process rather than getting bogged down by formatting issues. Additionally, the initial setup of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was remarkably quick, allowing me to dive into my workflow without delay.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall it works very well, but I'd like to see better diffing/version control. Something closer to git-style tracking would be beneficial so changes are easier to review and manage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps visualize complex designs and connections, simplifying design brainstorming and saving time with drag-and-drop features. This allows me to concentrate on design rather than formatting.

I really appreciate the AI feature of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It made my job significantly easier by helping me to visualize my code as a flowchart, particularly for my computer science assignment. I was disappointed in the AI when it came to rescaling and resizing pieces of the flowchart because it was unable to follow my instructions.

Its very user friendly and highly customizable as per the needs which makes it easier and quick to modify the templates accordingly based on the requirements.

The premium features can be made available on a trial period basis in order to take an informed decision

I have using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite since 2023 as a Game Developer from my previous organization. I like how it allows me to visually collaborate with colleagues which help boost productivity in real-time. Lucidchart allows me to create diagrams and flowcharts that ease visualization of business processes automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never come across any flaw while using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite apart from lack of offline access on the Android Apps which isn’t a big issue though.

The main benefit that I relish with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is collaborating visually with teams in one place.

This tool is incredibly easy to use and works wonderfully for creating flow charts tailored to business needs. Its user-friendly design means that no training is necessary to get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software would benefit from an easy way to insert company logos and export documents to PDF. Additionally, setting the default layout to A4 would be helpful.
