Transforms Team Collaboration with Seamless Integration

  • November 12, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
The most impressive aspect is how it transforms both ideation and design execution, removing obstacles in communication and documentation. The smooth integration between the virtual whiteboard (Lucidspark) and professional diagramming (Lucidchart) makes it easier for teams to get started, which helps lower the initial learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, I notice performance issues when working with large-scale projects or diagrams that manage substantial amounts of information. To improve efficiency and streamline repetitive tasks, I strongly suggest incorporating AI-assisted automation for both the creation and maintenance of diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we started using it, we have seen a notable decrease in the time required for planning and documentation. The Suite offers visual transparency and real-time collaboration tools that are crucial for effectively managing, optimizing, and communicating the complexities of both our daily tasks and long-term strategies.

The amount of features and elements to select is huge and probably there are some that I don’t need. But this is just my case and nothing much that I dislike.

Useful all-in-one tool for visual collaboration

  • November 11, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is in one place: whiteboards, diagrams, and documentation. It’s easy to invite teammates, work together in real time, and keep ideas organized without losing versions or screenshots. The templates and integrations save me a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel locked behind higher-priced plans, which isn’t ideal for small teams. Big or busy documents can be a bit slow sometimes, and the number of options can be confusing for new users. I’d also like better offline support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me and my team turn ideas into clear visuals quickly—whether it’s workflows, system diagrams, or brainstorming boards. Instead of sharing random screenshots or long messages, we can work together on one live document, comment, adjust, and keep everything organized. This saves time, reduces misunderstandings, and makes it much easier to align on processes and next steps, especially when people aren’t in the same place.
