What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite mobile applications do not login when using the individual tier, so I was forced to upgrade to Team plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Through visual narratives and AI initiatives allocated by Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, it is seamless to communicate data insights, metrics and trends before making business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite last year in my current organization. I like that the vendor offers two separate systems (Lucidchart & Lucidspark) which allocates varied features. How I am able to conduct SWOT analysis is one of the things that I like about Lucid since it allows me to identify weaknesses, strengths and threats in my organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the two years that I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, it has been flawless and even the new features have never been hard to customize.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Org chart management is one of the benefits that I realize with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite which help visualize and manage structures and reporting in real-time.
Intuitive and Effective for Planning Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite incredibly useful for planning before scripting with PowerShell. It effectively helps me plan things out by creating a clear process, making my script creation smoother and with fewer delays. I love how easy it is to use, describing it as 'idiot proof,' which reflects its user-friendly interface. The graphs that I can make in Lucid are not only easy to create but also simple to read, which allows me to create plans that can be effortlessly passed on to colleagues for programming tasks. Setting it up was as easy as setting up any other account, which I appreciated a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that although making graphs with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy, it is not particularly quick. I don't see a straightforward way to speed up the process, which can be frustrating when efficiency is necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to plan scripting tasks, which helps create clear processes and smoothens workflow with fewer delays. Its ease of use and clear visuals facilitate seamless handoff to colleagues, although creating graphs could be quicker.

I've been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create mindmaps and sitemaps and it is helpful when we are working with teams for brainstorming, ideation and visualization. I like how it provides all the native tools that represent each vendor, and this allow me to showcase executive level diagrams. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is easy and simple to use, and has a responsive support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the best diagram software. I lack nothing to dislike about it at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is extremely helpful when i need to brainstorm concepts and turn ideas into tangible artifact. It is very easy to use and understand. When it comes to building out complicated workflows, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is my go-to and I like their templates, as well as their options and building abilities.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great tool for visualizing processes, organizations and dependencies within processes, tasks and teams. It has been a critical component in my professional experience in both my current role, as well as my previous professional capacities. It has been very helpful and applicable in my line of work as I'm constantly trying to solve complex data modeling and database design issues.

I have used the templates before and those are very nice, i would like to see more.

I love how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps me organize my ideas and easily present them to customers and team mates. It also helps me design big and small flows for IVRs and chatbots. It also allows for easy integration with Slack and Jira, and sharing and downloading flows in different formats is also another benefit of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to frequently build out process maps. One thing I have found helpful with it is the ability to create a template and the layout is not overwhelming, it's very easy to find all functions on the home screen. I also like that there's the capability to have a template saved and that I'm able to share this template with others, and this helps with simplicity.

Maybe adding in more templates would be helpful.

I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows me to clearly label what my organization's current processes are and also identify gaps for improvement. Thanks to dozens of templates you can use it for both project-oriented work, as well as more managerial tasks.
Solid diagram and process mapping tool.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid visual is an excellent tool for creating detailed,complex diagrams for visualizing ideas. It's helps in creating flowcharts and great visual representation for various processes within our organization. Lucid visual application have large library of diagrams and flowcharts templates to choose from which are easily customizable. Lucid visual aslo has a well designed mobile app that works very well.

There is a bit of learning curve involved for new users of lucid visual collaboration suite.

Lucid visual support wide range of diagrams types that includes organizational charts and flow charts. It's allow us to create critical workflows and the application is highly customizable.

I love using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, particularly Lucidspark, for its user-friendly nature and visual appeal, which makes it extremely easy to organize content in a simple manner. This user-friendliness clear visuals help prevent drop-off in my work by motivating me to finish what I start and create valuable resources. The platform allows me to manage a variety of tasks such as account mapping, brainstorming, and creating flowcharts and swim lanes. Another key thing I like about Lucid is the flexibility it offers to keep content simple OR dive deeper into information or expand content when needed. Lucid also plays a crucial role in organizing my thoughts on a canvas clearly while giving an opportunity to collaborate with others. Because of its intuitive interface and aesthetics, I am able to enjoy a seamless and enjoyable experience, preventing frustration and keeping me engaged with my projects. Overall, these factors make Lucid an invaluable tool in my workflows, and I recommend it highly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes experience 'Blank Canvas Syndrome' when using Lucid. Although there are many excellent templates available, when I can't find one that quite fits my needs or I lack a clear plan for what I want to create, starting from scratch can feel intimidating.

The integration with Google workspace can be challenge sometimes.

We use Lucid regularly for creating process flow chart etc. The easy collaboration allows different team to have their input.

That it's visual, a lot of features to choose from.

I need a lot more training, a lot of options to choose from that I am unfamiliar with.
