What do you like best about the product?
There’s nothing daunting yet crucial in a business than enhancing sales performance. With Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, it is effectively to visualize the overall sales processes and mapping customer journeys to comprehend their needs prior to decision making.
What do you dislike about the product?
I still don’t understand why I wasn’t able to access the iOS mobile applications when I was using the individual plan - No issues currently since I upgraded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Comprehending customer needs via visual customer journey mapping allows me to make data-driven decisions thus leading to high ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s two years since I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in my Event Services industry. I like how it is seamless to create visual representations of the portfolio and event services to track real-time progress automatically.
What do you dislike about the product?
All has been well with me while using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create visual roadmaps when managing projects without issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy and rapid to create visual reports that help communicate portfolio performance via metrics and trends analysis with Lucid.
Creating Complex And Visually Appealing Diagrams And Charts.
What do you like best about the product?
It is very flexible and awesome at mapping out business processes and workflows. For the past 4 years I've been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and it has been great to be able to share network diagrams and project plans with multiple people on my team and to outside vendors. Additionally, it is awesome to be able to work with the confidence you are all working on the same document and not worrying about what version everyone is looking at.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great and champion collaborator. For the past 4 years, i haven't encountered any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite every day for every project and i like the fact that it has largely replaced meeting agendas, follow-ups and meeting notes. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has helped in mapping out interdependencies between cross-functional teams.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how it transforms brainstorming sessions into something truly interactive and fun. The real time collaboration feels effortless, everyone can jump in, add ideas and sees updates instantly. Their templates are amazing, they make complex workflows look clean and professional without spending hours designing. It connects perfectly with tools i already use, so nothing feels out of place. It is like having creativity and productivity rolled into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm pretty happy with lucid suite overall. nothing to pin-point
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Brainstorming, system design reviews and retros feel natural with templates, timers and voting - no physical whiteboard needed. New team members can ramp up by exploring the diagrams + comments history instead of scheduling walkthroughs across time zones. I can log on in the morning, see overnight feedbacks from teammates in other regions and keep moving without a meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Its alignment and execution capabilities are truly exceptional. I particularly appreciate the real-time, concurrent collaboration features, which make it possible to plan, map processes, and generate ideas together without worrying about version conflicts. Additionally, the platform further enhances this experience by streamlining workflows from beginning to end, making it much easier for the entire team to adopt and use the suite effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost of deeper integrations and enterprise-level management features can be quite high.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has completely changed the way I visualize and shape product strategy. It takes complex systems and abstract concepts and translates them into clear, actionable blueprints that everyone can understand. As a result, aligning stakeholders now takes much less time, and projects move forward more quickly and efficiently. The visual clarity it offers is essential for making agile, well-informed decisions.

I like that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite offers two separate applications with varied features - this makes them more organized and reduce mixups. For the two years that I have been relying on Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never come across bugs nor has it ever been overwhelming to customize even new features.

What do you like best about the product?
It is from last year November that I implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in my current Logistics agency. I have been able to improve customer satisfaction by automatically visualizing customer journeys to identify areas of improvement in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now that I have upgraded to Team tier from July this year, I barely face the logging issues that I used to experience with Individual plan on my iOS device.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite through Lucidspark facilitate collaboration and feedback among teams in my organizations across all departments to ensure optimal customer service.
Super Easy Network Mapping with Abundant Shapes and Connectors
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a network map is a tremendously simple task with Lucid. It is the best creator of these type of tasks because of the vast amount of shapes and connectors available for use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have cons it does perform well while drawing and editing by quickly dragging several components to the creation area.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes building technical data flow diagrams and network architectures simple which helps explain how different network components interact.
Superior to other tools and smooth in performance during diagram creation
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and the enriched shape libraries and templates enables me to swiftly and effortlessly create diagram workflows and hierarchical visualizations. It’s a great product, I like the versatility and it runs so smooth and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike yet. I like its diagramming tools and I have been able to do everything I need with the product.

I often use it to create quick charts in meetings to explain my ideas and helps with organizing schedules and program activities.
Level up project diagramming and org chart creation with versatile templates
What do you like best about the product?
I found it very easy to work with and straightforward to create project workflow charts and organizational chart of who oversees who. All the tools available are easily visible and I especially like the templates and the breadth of areas they cover.
What do you dislike about the product?
My great times drawing with Lucid has always lasted since the start and I have not seen any flaws about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating diagrams and flowcharts helps us to have accurate visualization of our projects which makes it easy to control, track and manage our projects.
