What do you like best about the product?
I love the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its clear layout and ease of use, which significantly enhances my ability to create effective charts and diagrams for staff training. The wide range of designs and visuals available makes it versatile and adaptable to various training scenarios. The suite's capability to link diagrams directly to data sources is a powerful feature that enhances the utility and dynamism of my diagrams, making them more informative and interactive. Furthermore, the initial setup was very straightforward, allowing me to get started without hassle. I find its template creation functionality especially valuable since it saves me considerable time that I would otherwise spend crafting them myself. Overall, I am highly satisfied with how these features collectively streamline my workflow, and I would confidently rate my likelihood to recommend the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite as a 10.

It doesn't seem as good at brainstorming as some apps.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create templates quickly, link diagrams to data sources, and utilize a wide range of designs, saving me time and enriching training efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to collaborate with my co-workers, is easy to use with non-technical users.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I think the AI part is not ready, when you write a prompt most of the time it won't give you what you want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work in software development and sometimes the topic might get very complex, therefore we need a tool to lower the complexity of the topic, since we need to present this to non-technical employees. And when we are in a rush it good to be able to collaborate with other people.

I love the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's visualization tools as they make it very easy to quickly create documents to share, effectively highlighting inefficiencies or dependencies in workflows that create bottlenecks. The suite facilitates explaining complex processes, which is particularly helpful when managing and optimizing complex workflows with many inputs and outputs. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy, and I liked the tutorial provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find it can be glitchy when I'm trying to change the shape of an item or the direction or style of a line.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create workflow charts, identify inefficiencies, and explain complex processes, enhancing workflow optimization and communication.

I enjoy the visualization aspect of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, particularly how it allows me to create designs easily. I find these features to have a lot of value because they make it easier for my friends and family members to see exactly what I am trying to explain to them, especially during celebrations and fun family events. Enhances Remote Collaboration but Needs UI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I really value how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite facilitates interactive engagement among my remote team during planning and regular team ceremonies. It’s incredibly effective for collaboration, especially since we’re all virtual. The tools available make it exceedingly simple to visualize ideas effortlessly, which is a huge advantage. I frequently use the post-it notes, voting, and timer functions, which are standout features for us. During retrospectives, post-it notes allow each team member to jot down discussion points, and the timer function helps us timebox these exercises effectively, ensuring we cover everything we need. The voting feature is also invaluable for selecting which topics or post-it notes we should prioritize. Overall, these features contribute to keeping our conversations dynamic and structured.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the UI itself can feel a bit 'rigid' and could be made more user-friendly. I also feel like it is lacking a bit in terms of diagramming features available. I would also love to see some AI features as well as additional integrations with other DevOps platforms (apart from JIRA).

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to facilitate remote collaboration, enabling my team to visualize ideas, engage interactively, and streamline retrospectives with tools like post-it notes, voting, and timers, enhancing our meetings' efficiency.

It offers a wide set of tools, a rich library of elements, and handles good amount of datasources for import.

Nothing in particular, but I could benefit from multidimensional models instead of 2D

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to collaborate and share, and importing diagrams based on Mermaid is straightforward. Sharing content frequently through Google and other platforms is also simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
A guest mode with limited access to the link will be a great addition.

Since September 2023 when I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never discovered it’s downside and I literally use it on a daily basis.

I am always at top creating new business models that help pin point areas of improvements by visualizing business processes with diagrams and charts.

Very easy to understand and very easy to create new projects.

Ad a Founder of a Software Development company, I am able to create interactive prototypes and wireframes when developing apps and software by testing product ideas. In addition, Lucidspark to be specific facilitate real-time collaboration among teams and stakeholders to improve productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since I incorporated Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, the only issue that I ever encountered is how it was challenging to integrate with AI tools but the vendor allocated free technical support.

Visualizing and streamlining business software development processes through AI initiatives is the core benefit that I relish with Lucid.
