Effortless to Use with an Impressive Range of Templates
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and a plethora of templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
lots of features are ocked, i think having a select range of premium feature is the way forwars especially to get a wider user base.

Intuitive and Effortless Diagramming for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very intuitive. For a first time user like me, this was key. I had about 20 minutes of instruction and was then able to create detailed process flow diagrams without help.
I appreciated that I could jump right back into the in progress diagrams for corrections and edits. Team members being able to view ongoing corrections in real time meant that we could easily incorporate significant changes over the phone without having to meet in person. This easy sharing allowed for reduced corrections and reduced time to our final version.
Adding these diagrams to other documents was also easy. Our process diagrams are now imbedded in numerous planning documents.
The ability to export as a PDF has been great for quick distribution for those team members that prefer a paper copy.

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I don't have any negatives. I am early on in the use cycle, so those may come later, but I am confident that the support team behind this product will have solutions readily available for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This software is getting complex decision trees and production processes onto paper and allowing us to document employee experience in a way that allows for training others in a repeatable way. Lucid is giving us a way to quantify those hard learned lessons and apply them to the organization at large.
Powerful Templates, But AI Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its variety of templates that make creating flowcharts for my work efficient. The professional quality of the diagrams I produce is excellent, and I find the selection and diversity of templates highly beneficial in meeting my various needs. Additionally, the AI tool is one of the features I find most helpful when working with these templates and creating diagrams. The initial setup of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was super easy for me, ensuring I could start working on my projects without any hitches.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the AI in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite often doesn't understand my needs, particularly when it comes to adapting to the type of diagram I want to create. This issue is significant enough that I find myself switching to Miro instead.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to create professional flowcharts and diagrams with helpful templates, though the AI tool often struggles with adapting to specific diagram types.

Lucid makes it extremely easy to visualize complex ideas. I like how quickly I can create flowcharts and diagrams, collaborate in real time, and keep everything organized in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally the interface feels a bit crowded, especially with many tools on the screen. It would be helpful if customization or simplified views were more prominent.

Lucid solves the problem of unclear or scattered information. By centralizing diagrams, flowcharts, and documentation, it helps my team work faster and reduces errors. Visualizing steps and dependencies makes projects far easier to understand and execute.

What do you like best about the product?
The main aspect that I like about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite (Lucidchart) is how I am able to visualize and develop design for manufacturability (DFM) which reduce operations cost and time through workflow automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited reporting and analytics tools is the only slight issue that I used to experience when I was a new user before integrating with external tools.

Empowers Team Collaboration with Intuitive Design
What do you like best about the product?
It enables our small team to collaboratively plan, design, and build processes and solutions in an intuitive environment, that is easy to implement and integrate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like any platform introduced to staff, there is an initial learning curve for new users. Additionally, depending on the size of the organisation and how much it is used, it can become costly for smaller organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool offers teams a visual workspace where they can brainstorm, plan, and document and map their work, processes and systems, which greatly enhances collaboration between different departments, locations and between organisation and customer. By transforming complex processes, systems, and data into clear diagrams and workflows, it helps minimise miscommunication, and can also bridges the gap between creative thinking and structured execution.

I really appreciate the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its effectiveness in real-time collaboration, which fits perfectly with my remote working setup. Intuitive Delay Analysis Templates, But Some Template Quirks
What do you like best about the product?
Love that it has delay analysis templates! It is incredibly difficult to find a public program that supports this kind of visualization, and Lucid does it very clearly. Suite was easy to use, didn't require a lot of time/effort to learn, and the tools were intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the elements of the table/graph templates seem buggy, but they just require you to interact with them in a very specific way. It was hard to catch on at first, and took me revisiting the project to finally understand how it wanted me to edit & move things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has a wide variety of diagramming templates you can't find anywhere else. The delay analysis diagram provides visualized data, which is much easier for my coworkers to digest in a presentation than just reading a list of timelines. It also helped them understand the gravity of the situation - when you can see those delays in a physical form, it has a much larger impact on the audience. Without Suite, I would have had to settle for a text-heavy presentation that was less impactful and didn't actual show what I wanted to show. Our leadership team also uses it to design our org charts, which have also been consistently clear & helpful!

I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to create UML diagrams with ease. Its compatibility with mobile devices adds a layer of versatility that I really appreciate, allowing me to work seamlessly across different platforms. Additionally, the initial setup process was very straightforward, which made getting started with the software a breeze. Overall, my experience has been positive, as the software has worked perfectly for my needs so far.

I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite user-friendly and straightforward, making diagram creation easy. Its mobile compatibility adds versatility, and initial setup is hassle-free. It's been perfect for my needs during my certification course.
Intuitive and Collaborative Tool That Sparks Creativity
What do you like best about the product?
I have just started exploring with this and am very pleasantly surprised at how easy it is to use. I have explored the flow chart feature as a way of capturing workflow and also for organising ideas and work structure breakdowns. The templates make this really easy. I particularly like the ability to brainstorm as a group using the post it notes - I can see that this is something that we will definitely continue to use. The interface was really intuitive for a creative team and we enjoyed using the software.
What do you dislike about the product?
The three document limit on the free subscription is not very generous - as a small team in a micro business - we are finding software are escalating hugely making much software inaccessible.
