What do you like best about the product?
Marketing roadmap development has been easy to streamline with the help of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite which visualize marketing initiatives and objectives through creation of visual representations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since my previous organization where I first implemented Lucid, I have never come across challenges on my end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the head of corporate marketing in my computer software industry, I am able to effectively make informed marketing business decisions by visualizing marketing data and metrics.
Exceptionally User-Friendly and Effortless to Use
What do you like best about the product?
its really user friendly and you dont need to spend to much time using it to understand how it works
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing, it works great but can improve the gadget in google, it pops up all the time

This tool has helped me better organize my tasks and ideas.
Outstanding, Superb and Stunning Diagrams With LVCS
What do you like best about the product?
It an exceptionally helps me to effectively collaborate with my team and streamline my workflow. I love how it enables me to create stunning, intuitive and visually flowcharts and diagrams. I just crow how it seamlessly integrates with other tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack and Google Drive among others. It has simple setups which allows all to use it with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
No single drawback as for now, it has been of great positive impact to my organisation and I.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this great software (L.V.C.S) on creation of intuitive, intrusive and presentable diagrams, incredible wireframing, brainstorming and team collaboration.
Excellent Templates and Training Make Visual Creation Easy
What do you like best about the product?
The templates available for creating visuals, and the training available to learn the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm a first time user, so when trying to demonstrate the flow of information it's not as intuitive, and I've spent a lot of time fixing mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm a PM and Business Analyst and use the tool to create scope models that help my project teams and developers understand our project.

What do you like best about the product?
I implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in mid last year as a Sustainability Analyst in my Consulting industry. I am able to create data-driven sustainability initiatives with Lucid through creation of visual representations (flowcharts and diagrams)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I use my iOS browser (Safari) Lucid App, but I hate how it requires lots of zooming in and out when creating visual representations - I prefer my PC browser App always.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is seamless and rapid to track and analyze sustainability metrics to inform reporting and decision making with Lucid VCS.

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allocates tools that boost productivity in my Marketing & Advertising agency such as visual collaboration, flowcharts, mind maps and org charts. Tracking and analyzing SEO performance automatically is one of the things that I like most about Lucid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bug that I was experiencing as a new user is no more since the vendor tech team came through and helped me customize all the features rapidly.

I utilize the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to enhance cross-department coordination and streamline workflow visualization within my role as a QHSE manager. I find it invaluable for developing clear quality and safety process diagrams, which aligns with ISO and project requirements while improving overall communication within my team. The platform effectively addresses challenges related to communication gaps, unclear workflows, and document version control by providing a centralized space where teams can visually map QHSE processes. I particularly appreciate features such as real-time collaboration and the intuitive drag-and-drop interface, which simplifies the creation and modification of complex diagrams like risk assessments, audit plans, and process flows without needing advanced design skills. The seamless integration with tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint is incredibly beneficial, as it streamlines document sharing and version control processes. I also found the initial setup to be easy and user-friendly, which makes it manageable for me and my team to adopt the application efficiently. Overall, the Suite effectively supports my needs in managing and visualizing workflows with clear, professional outputs, and I am quite satisfied with its capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that large or complex diagrams can slow down Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite's performance, especially during simultaneous collaboration with multiple users. Additionally, exporting diagrams into certain formats like PDF and image can result in losing layout alignment or text clarity. This is particularly problematic for large process maps or detailed QHSE workflow diagrams. Improvements in export fidelity and more customizable scaling and formatting options would help maintain the professional appearance of exported files.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to resolve communication gaps and unclear workflows, enhancing process mapping and cross-department coordination. It streamlines diagram creation with drag-and-drop tools, integrates with MS Teams and SharePoint, and helps maintain alignment with project requirements.
Effortless Map Creation and Process Visualization with Lucidchart
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it has been for me to create maps and diagrams ever since I was assigned a Practice Admin role is what I like most about Lucid, specifically Lucidchart since I am able to automatically visualize business processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is superb that Licid has two mobile applications, but I don’t like that they do not allow individual tier users to login and they pay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analyzing and improving overall business processes in my organization is one of the core benefits that I relish with Lucid.

What do you like best about the product?
I currently use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across two organizations where I act as a Data Analyst. How I am able to visualize complex data through creation of interactive and dynamic visualizations is what I like most about this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far everything has been super easy to handle with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite on my end - there’s no overwhelming feature to customize and use even the new AI interactive tools.

I am able to seamlessly develop data-driven diagrams and mind maps that help communicate real-time data insights before making business decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy drag and drop and design kind of UI
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is hard to control specific element in a chart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Usually, I used to use the tools like paint or power point to make some flow chart even canva sometimes. But this tool makes it very easy to make all those kinds of charts compared to those tools.
