What do you like best about the product?
I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in 2023 as a Finance Director in my current organization. How it is seamless to identify areas of cost optimization through creation of visual representations of budget and actuals is what I like most about this tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ever since I implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, ai have never come across any challenging aspect even though I mainly use Lucidchart.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite boost collaboration and communication among us (teams) and stakeholders where we discuss financial plans and reports.
Seamless Integration with Stellar Usability
What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface and the ease of use of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Its seamless connection with cloud platforms greatly enhances my workflow. The integration capabilities with Jira and G-Suite are fantastic, allowing me to streamline various processes efficiently. The software effectively addresses the need for a modern interactive tool, complete with up-to-date features, icons, graphs, and visualizations. The flexibility it offers with file formats is invaluable for managing different types of illustrations, technical diagrams, and business flow charts. Additionally, the initial setup was quite easy, thanks to the assistance from the sales team and the helpful resources they provided for the setup and product rollout.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite could improve by providing more online help and documentation, especially for embeddable Loom videos and the latest features. Additionally, having a free support tier would be beneficial, enabling users to better adapt to the tools and features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for up-to-date illustrations and technical needs, solving modern tool gaps with its interactive features, format flexibility, and seamless integrations with cloud platforms, Jira, and G-suite.

What do you like best about the product?
For me, the biggest advantage of the lucid visual collaboration suite is how intuitive it feels. I dont have to spend time figuring out the tool, it just works well for me. The real time collaboration is a huge plus because it keeps everyone on the same page without endless email threads. I also like that it is flexible enough for brainstorming sessions and detailed technical diagrams. It is basically a one stop shop for turning ideas into clear and shareable visuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lucid suite has been reliable and effective for what i need, so i dont have any cons to point out at this moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid suite addresses a critical challenge for me, that is ensuring alignment and clarity across distributed teams. It eliminates inefficiencies caused by static documentation and fragmented communication by providing a centralized real time platform for visualizing processes and systems. The result is faster project delivery and better resource allocation which directly impacts productivity and business outcomes.
Diagramming made easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to create diagrams to show to non technical folks. I can also get feedback on my diagrams as needed.

Nothing at this time. It is meeting my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I love using the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating architecture diagrams and keeping cross-team discussions organized, which has become my go-to space for aligning everyone on complex technical decisions. I appreciate how it solves the problem of keeping complex system ideas scattered across documents and chats by visualizing everything in one place. This makes it much easier for my team to stay aligned and avoid miscommunication during technical planning. What I like most is how effortlessly it lets everyone contribute to the same canvas without becoming chaotic. The real-time collaboration feels smooth, allowing my team to sketch out ideas together without waiting for hand-offs, see updates instantly, and reach decisions much faster. Additionally, the templates are incredibly helpful because I don’t have to start from a blank page; they bring structure to things like user flows or system diagrams, saving a lot of setup time and keeping our work consistent across projects. The initial setup process was also very easy. I was able to create an account and start building diagrams within minutes, and most of the tools felt intuitive right away, so there was minimal learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is performance on really large boards. They sometimes start to feel a bit sluggish during heavy team sessions. I also wish the permissions controls were a bit more granular so it was easier to manage who can edit what on complex diagrams.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to organize cross-team discussions and decisions. It consolidates complex system ideas visually, enhancing team alignment and preventing miscommunication. Latest Diagramming Capability with Very Practical Tools and Infinite Whiteboard
What do you like best about the product?
It is practical and has many diagramming tools and I like the infinite whiteboard because it makes it even easier for to create the diagrams. Its so simple to click a shape to instantly add it and connect additional shapes to keep my diagram flow moving. In addition to its tools there is excellent technical support when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing that I dislike its the most intuitive diagram platform out there to produce final products that look very professional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The multiple flowchart templates allows me to complete different projects and document processes with this platform. It also helps put customer activities in a diagram to track service delivery at every touchpoint.
Great ease of pictorial idea representation through robust diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
The containers, lines, shapes, and the ability to search images across the web to add to my document lets me efficiently create flow charts, data flow diagrams and much more for my current project.
What do you dislike about the product?
No bad experiences and Lucid has always worked doing better in this area than many other similar tools.

The clear, professional diagrams I create with Lucid are used in presentations to communicate project plans, efficiency gains, and show progress of different activities to completion.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for various team activities including PI Planning, Collaborative Prioritization, Team Building, Retrospectives, and Strategic Workshops. The new Agile Accelerator feature is particularly helpful for scaling our practices effectively. The suite significantly aids in collaborating with our globally distributed teams through asynchronous communication, which has improved our efficiency. I love its seamless integration with Azure DevOps, which enhances our workflow by providing a clean and clear UI along with several collaborative and visual tools. The integration provides a seamless experience, allowing us to visualize our work more effectively. Additionally, I greatly appreciate Lucid's integration with Slack, which further supports our collaboration efforts. Transitioning to Lucid from Miro was a remarkably smooth process thanks to Lucid's dedicated team who ensured we were well-trained and assisted with migrating important data. Overall, my positive experience with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite culminates in a perfect recommendation score of 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more card styling options through rule building in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. Specifically, the ability to set rules that change the color of cards under certain conditions would enhance the flexibility and functionality of the tool.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to effectively collaborate with globally distributed teams asynchronously, visualize work through a clear UI with collaborative tools, and enhance project management via integration with Azure DevOps and Slack.
Unites Teams Seamlessly for Complex Portfolio Management
What do you like best about the product?
Working with Technical Operations teams as well as software development teams, my favorite thing about the Lucid suite is that I can bring them all to one place together. Whether it's to work through dependencies or just to be aware of priorities and plans, the boards, activities and other features allow me to manage larger, more complex work streams and programs than any tool I've used before.
I'm in a Lucid tool pretty much daily in one capacity of another and the learning curve is not intimidating for new teams/colleagues I work alongside.

What do you dislike about the product?
As many of my Technical Operations teams use ServiceNow increasingly for their work intake management, being able to integrate seamlessly with Lucid like we can with Azure DevOps, for example, would really and truly provide me a one stop shop for all teams, regardless of their 'system of record'.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Simplifying and distilling the complexity of daily work and work decisions in a simple, easily digestible and VISUAL manner.
Visual and reliable for quick diagram creation and easy overview
What do you like best about the product?
The tool succeeds by offering great templates that help me create diagrams in a creative way. The digital whiteboard is super intuitive and I like the drag-and-drop interface which is perfect for quick shapes placement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any drawback using this tool, there is a lot of room to set up many diagrams, flowcharts, or wireframes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with create and manage detailed organizational chart to aid in workforce planning and I lay out all the details regarding the reporting process within the company.
