Visually Intuitive and Effortless to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how visual and easy to understand it is, it is truly easy to navigate in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont partycuallary love that you have to use the cursor to move in the chart its nor easy to zoom with the mouse you have to use the widget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business lan. It helps vvisualize my business plans.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely enjoyed working with Lucidchart! I recently used it to map out a workflow, which involved an extensive series of decisions and actions—easily over 100 individual steps including approvals, data checks, notifications, and follow-ups. On a previous platform, trying to format and align all of these elements took me days, and it still didn’t look organized. With Lucidchart, I was able to create a clear, professional, and fully functional workflow in just a few hours. The intuitive interface, smart alignment tools, and ability to easily connect complex steps made an overwhelming process feel completely manageable. Lucidchart not only saved me an enormous amount of time but also made a highly complex workflow visually understandable at a glance. I can’t recommend it enough for anyone dealing with intricate processes—they’ve truly streamlined what would otherwise be an exhausting task!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenges I experienced with Lucidchart were related to the complexity of large workflows and a few missing AI-assisted features. As someone relatively new to workflow mapping, understanding connectors and how to properly link actions took a bit of time. I also wish there were an AI integration that could analyze my workflow, identify duplicate action items, and suggest an optimized layout—especially for a workflow as extensive as mine, which had over 100 decisions and actions. Being able to automatically detect redundancies and visually streamline the flow would have saved additional time and made the process even more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is solving the problem of managing and organizing complex workflows and processes in a clear, visual way. For me, it addressed the challenges of mapping an extensive enrollment workflow with over 100 individual decisions and actions. Previously, trying to format and align all the steps on other platforms was time-consuming, confusing, and often led to errors or redundancies. Lucidchart’s intuitive drag-and-drop interface, smart alignment tools, and flexible connectors allowed me to efficiently build a comprehensive workflow in just a few hours. This benefits me by saving a significant amount of time, reducing errors, and providing a visual map that is easy to understand and share with my team, ultimately streamlining communication and improving overall process management.

It takes some time to master and fully utilize certain functions, and drawing them out can be a bit challenging at first.

Fast Chart Creation and Easy Sharing
What do you like best about the product?
It's pretty quick to create a basic-looking chart, and easy to share it with others.
What do you dislike about the product?
From a new user perspective, can be hard to figure out what's where/how to switch between what kind of diagram I'd like to make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easier to create ER diagrams (which I'm using it for) and share them in a quick turnaround time. The interface for ER diagrams and database schema is also nice.

At times, I notice some performance lag, and I also find the pricing to be on the higher side.

I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite extremely valuable as it significantly reduces the number of irrelevant calls we receive, which in turn boosts productivity in our office. Creating charts, such as lines of contact and escalation, is incredibly easy, and these visuals are effective enough to be displayed in the office and sent out to contractors. It's very user-friendly, which I appreciate, as it simplifies the work process and even allows for easy downloading. The initial setup was a breeze, taking only about five minutes, which is impressive and saves a lot of time. Overall, my first experience with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite was exceptionally positive, and it worked really well for my team's needs.

I think sometimes it can be a bit fiddly when you want to move something to a slightly different location, and sometimes having to change more than one thing to make this work.
