User-Friendly and Intuitive Alternative to Miro

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid to be more user friendly than Miro. Objects size and line up more simply. I intend to use this more often in 2026. Taylor reaching out directly to me for better account support was really impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Respectfully, I find the interface to feel old. The color pallet just feels "Early 2000's". I also find that it doesn't seem to integrate well with other platforms. As an example, when a chart is printed, like say as a PDF, its hard to copy that into an spreadsheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating visual process maps and org charts.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to be a fantastic tool for turning complex ideas into easy-to-understand visual diagrams, which significantly helps in planning and documentation. Its simplicity and real-time collaboration features really stand out for me, allowing seamless teamwork. I am particularly impressed by the wide range of templates that jumpstart projects without needing to design everything from scratch, which saves a huge amount of time. The integration capabilities with tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft applications enhance my workflow by making planning and collaboration much faster and better organized. The user-friendly interface made the initial setup incredibly easy and straightforward for my team, so we began utilizing its features without requiring extensive training. This tool is definitely an upgrade from previous solutions like Google Drawings and PowerPoint, as it provides superior real-time collaboration, readymade templates, and smoother integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that sometimes Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite feels slow during team editing sessions. Another area for improvement is the syncing process with other tools, which can also be somewhat slow at times. Additionally, I believe offering more free templates and incorporating AI suggestions would significantly enhance the overall experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite makes complex ideas easy to understand, saves time during planning and documentation, and enhances teamwork with its simplicity, real-time collaboration, templates, and integration with other tools.

Flexible Templates, Smooth Team Collaboration

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the extensive selection of templates available in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, which makes it incredibly convenient for creating architecture diagrams, especially for my Google Cloud Platform (GCP) appointments. The templates provide a preview of what architecture diagrams for GCP should look like, which is very helpful. This plug-and-play feature allows me to quickly get an idea of different architectural setups, thus simplifying the process of designing for specific use cases. Furthermore, the ease of searching for all relevant GCP icons on the templates significantly enhances my efficiency, enabling me to focus more on the quality of my presentation rather than on building it from scratch. The intuitive nature of these templates supports seamless collaborative efforts with my team, allowing us to work together on the same diagram effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The scrolling functionality in Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite could be improved, as it feels janky when using horizontal or vertical scrolling with my mouse. Additionally, the pricing of the software seems a bit steep for my budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to collaboratively create architecture diagrams with my team, streamlining presentations. Its numerous templates simplify the process, letting me efficiently design GCP architectures.

Comprehensive Templates, User-Friendly but Pricey

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for its diverse array of templates, which greatly facilitates my ability to create detailed and accurate architecture diagrams. The built-in templates, especially those for GCP (Google Cloud Platform), are incredibly convenient as they save time and guide the design process, making it easy to visualize complex systems. The user interface is another aspect that I find particularly appealing; it is visually pleasing and enhances the overall user experience. The drag-and-drop functionality is seamless, allowing me to customize diagrams with ease by editing the templates according to my specific needs. This flexibility in design is a key reason why I decided to revisit and use the suite again. Overall, the combination of comprehensive templates, an attractive interface, and intuitive design tools makes the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite a standout choice for collaborative diagramming projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the pricing of Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite too expensive, which made it unaffordable for me to continue using. Additionally, I encountered an unintuitive experience when trying to import architecture diagrams; it prompted me to contact sales, which was unexpected and not user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for easy creation of architecture diagrams with built-in templates and easy drag-and-drop features, enhancing my project efficiency.

Effortless Flowchart Creation with an Intuitive Interface

  • November 25, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy Lucid makes it to create clean and structured flow diagrams. The interface feels intuitive, and the drag-and-drop elements help me map out ideas quickly without getting stuck on formatting. It’s especially useful when I need to brainstorm, plan a process, or explain something visually to teammates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some basic features being behind the paid plan can feel limiting at times, especially when I’m working on slightly more detailed diagrams. I also wish there were more built-in font options for better visual consistency. Nothing major, but these small restrictions sometimes slow down the workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid helps me break down complex ideas and processes into simple visual flows, which makes planning and communication much easier. Instead of long explanations or multiple meetings, one clear diagram gets everyone aligned. It also helps during technical discussions and documentation, making collaboration smoother and reducing back-and-forth confusion.

Great Templates and Usability, But Pricing Limits Collaboration

  • November 24, 2025

What do you like best about the product?
Lots of image options. Helpful templates and tips. Easy drag and drop functionality. The look and feel of the tool are also superior to the likes of Microsoft Visio.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the biggest barrier. Also, the requirement that collaborators must have premium.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I primarily use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for diagramming workflows, data flow, work processes, integration architecture, and highlighting external vs. internal information flow.
