Reliable for creating detailed, yet easy to understand process flowcharts
What do you like best about the product?
Drag and drop shapes and lines and connecting them together to create flowcharts is very straightforward. It offers a large number of symbols and template collections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have never experienced any problems with it, it allowed me to create very effective flowcharts in a short period of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The flowcharts enables me to create visual processes related to compliance and diagrams help visualize the step-by-step procedure for employees to follow in case of an emergency during work.
Excellent platform to draw out flowcharts faster and easier
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to easily draw out a flowchart by adding different elements, shapes and connectors. The ease of use is great due to the drag-and-drop features and the ability to navigate the canvas quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no aspects that I dislike about this tool. I find it valuable and one of the only options to rely on to make great charts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The best diagram that I have found for quickly drawing out a flowchart or process especially mapping out financial workflows that make my idea visualization far more clear.

What do you like best about the product?
I absolutely love the sheer variety of icons and templates it offers. No matter what type of chart I need to create or what industry it’s for, there’s always something that fits. The second thing worth calling out is the level of integration it provides — it hooks into pretty much everything that actually matters, and does it really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
That said, I do wish some of the features locked behind the team/enterprise plans were available in the individual license, since a few of them would be genuinely useful for solo users like me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I frequently need to create architecture diagrams for the tool deployments we roll out across customers, and Lucid helps me with that on a regular basis. The cloud infrastructure templates and the range of icons make it super easy to put together clear, accurate diagrams quickly.
What a Stunning and Exceptional Tool for Chart Creation
What do you like best about the product?
What a stunning software and website. I wanted to create a multi-dimensional chart and Lucid helped me the way I never could have imagined. It is easy to use, has tons of useful options and it is truly one of a kind. The best feature is that you can share it with your coworkers and use it simultaneously.

Nothing so far it works much better than I expected.

It helped us create a stunning visual diagram of one of our procedures and it is much easier to use Lucid than any other programs.
Accessing icons through a straightforward interface to edit diagrams fast
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is the easiest tool I have ever used to create flow charts and diagrams and its interactive design is one of its greatest advantages since I can make almost any diagram. I has a lot more shapes and icons than any other tool and it is very likely has the exact icon or shape you will be looking for to create diagrams.

The only thing that I wish is if there were more export options available but the ones that are there work really well.

I truly enjoy its intuitive interface, the drag and drop feature that makes diagrams and flowcharts easy to create, and the great collection of templates to help me get started based on the type of diagram I want to work on.

So far I have been able to create any diagram I need with Lucid without experiencing any problem and I think it is the best software for that.

I personally have used it mostly for mapping process flows and designing efficient irrigation systems to ensure we achieve proper water distribution.

What do you like best about the product?
This software allows for extremely detailed diagram modeling and there are a lot of shapes available and the possibilities to connect them are endless. I also find it very useful for creating flowcharts because of the drag-and-drop functionality.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s amazing it offers so many templates and shapes, however I created a few custom templates with the shapes and icons I use the most to makes things easier for myself.

Moreover, it requires a stable internet connection to function efficiently, which limits usability in areas with poor connectivity. Some advanced features feel complex and are often locked behind higher-tier plans, making quick collaboration difficult. The complexity of these advanced tools can be overwhelming, especially for new users, and would benefit from clearer guidance and simpler interfaces to improve user experience. Additionally, I think having a version that is free for students would be a great improvement.
