Smooth and user-friendly to design diagrams perfectly and in real time
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, all shapes and icons are drag and drop which makes the tool quicker for diagramming tasks , and it has detection to align components really well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using this tool for charts and diagrams and so far I have no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very useful in representing electrical control systems in a clear and effective manner. It provides all the features I need in order to create effective visuals.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite easy to use, particularly appreciating the straightforward user interface, which simplifies the task of conceptualizing my network diagrams. It’s also valuable because it allows me to share these diagrams with customers effortlessly, enhancing communication. Additionally, the initial setup was very simple, which saved me time and hassle, contributing to a very positive experience with the software overall. Given this ease of use and effective sharing capability, I am very likely to recommend Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to friends or colleagues.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to draw network topologies, making it easy to conceptualize and share with customers.
Excellent Tool That Has Already Provided A Ton Of Value In Our Investment Process.
What do you like best about the product?
Its easiness of drawing complex diagrams is great for us which makes it super easy to communicate with our stakeholders and explain high level overviews to them. We have also used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to visualize workflow for really world activities, and also for custom software development projects. What i really appreciate most about it is the built-in icons from the public cloud providers such as Azure, AWS and GCP. Lucid is also very intuitive to use and allows me to export the diagrams as a png with a transparent background to easily embed into other documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge is that layers can be a little bit challenging to use. I don't have much that i like least about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps bridge the gap between the technical and non-technical. It's an effective tool to manage complex business use cases where it's easy for us as vendors to communicate the artifacts to customers and at the same time with our internal team. One click export of the diagrams facilitates driving the meetings and making presentations a cakewalk.
Flexible Solution with Great Options for Building Flow Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a flexible solution with lots of options available for building. I mostly use it for flow diagrams, to represent both process and also the artchitecture of our SaaS solution suite and potential integration points.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think it is well styled or easy to style. The charts you can make are pretty basic and not the most visually dynamic. Templates or style settings would be great options - and if I just haven't found these yet, they are not obvious.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Lucid visual suite is allowing me to build custom diagrams which is helpful in visually representing processes or architecture flows.

What do you like best about the product?
I first implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in 2023 from my previous organization as a DMM, but I was only using Lucidspark. Since April this year when I joined my current organization, I was introduced to Lucidchart which has been a lit combination. Improving customer satisfaction by mapping customer journeys is one of the very many things that I like about Lucid as a Growth Marketing Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything has been helpful when using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite - No drawbacks spotted for as long as I can recall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Showcasing marketing metrics has been easy to handle with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite through creation of visual interactive dashboards that visualize data automatically.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and intuitive design of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, making it incredibly easy to start using from the get-go. The abundance of features it offers keeps me returning to use it for various tasks. The AI-generated diagrams are particularly helpful, as they facilitate easy initial setup for projects. Additionally, the real-time collaboration feature is a standout, as it significantly enhances teamwork by allowing seamless interaction among team members. The setup process was very straightforward, and ongoing administration has been similarly effortless, highlighting the ease of integration into daily workflows. Finally, its compatibility with other tools such as Jira and Slack further augments its utility, streamlining processes and enhancing overall productivity.

I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for diagramming processes to dynamically communicate process functioning. It’s intuitive with sufficient features, AI-generated diagrams make starting easy, and real-time collaboration is crucial, enhancing my productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
As a VP Finance in a Real Estate Agency, it has been seamless to conduct business processes without facing issues with the help of Lucid. Visualizing and managing real estate portfolios such as tenants contact information and contract expiration has been at ease through Lucidchart that create visual dashboards and representations. Creating visual financial models that streamline budgeting and forecasting is another added advantage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can count the few moments that I faced bugs, but the interesting part is that the issues barely last more than three hours since our in-house tech team are always active.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visualizing and analyzing real-estate financial deals has been the core benefit on my part when using Lucid.

What do you like best about the product?
It is through Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite that it has been easy for me to orchestrate all aspects of FP&A and operations in my Entertainment business through creation of interactive visual budgets, forecasts and financial models.

What do you dislike about the product?
Even my overall rating depict that I face zero issues, bugs nor overwhelming features to customize - Kudos to the both tech teams from the vendor and our in-house for maintaining flawlessness.

The revenue dashboard that I created with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables me to track, visualize and manage ROI streams such as subscriptions and sales in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
My colleague in my nonprofit organization introduced Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to me in 2023. As a Program Officer, I am able to track, monitor and visualize the progress of programs through real-time monitoring and evaluation which get enhanced by Lucidchart diagrams and org charts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I am forced to use my cloud-based iOS mobile application when outdoors - that’s the only time I slightly hate using Lucid since it requires a lot of zooming in and out when charting and diagramming costing me extra time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been seamless for me to create and visualize program plans as well as collaborating with fellow colleagues through whiteboards.

What do you like best about the product?
It is exactly two years since I incorporated Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in my current organization as SAM. How I am able to map out media contacts, track outreach efforts and collaborate visually with stakeholders and peers is what I like most about Lucid VCS.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the past two years that I have been using both Lucidchart & Lucidspark, the only issue was when I implemented since I was using the freemium version which couldn’t let me use the mobile applications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucidspark specifically allows me to facilitate collaborative workshops in my organization which allow me and my team to effectively plan PR campaigns.
