What do you like best about the product?
My main use for the Lucid platform was to draft up multiple floor plans. The platform was easy to understand and use, I appreciated that the layout was simple and similar to other visual platforms I've used before (Powerpoint/ Canva)
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the tools were difficult to understand at first and still took a while to understand. In my case, I disliked how some of the walls were stuck to the corner of a previous wall I connected it to, having to move it around was difficult as I just wanted to move the singular wall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use, pre set floor plan tools

Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use and set up. Sharing documents is straightforward. I use it for its AWS integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
II haven't had a chance to thoroughly explore it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to create technical architecture diagrams
LucidChart makes diagrams and visual charting a breeze
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ease of use, especially with the flow chart function. The shortcuts for each thing are intuitive as well. The user interface is also very user-friendly, and I rarely encounter any errors in the actual studio function which means I haven't needed customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find myself coming back to use it often, and it ends up being a 'once in a blue moon' tool. I also haven't found any integration use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have used it as a way of visualizing the organization, as well as our tech stack.

since I'm apart of my company's suite, I can see all the video notes they don't share with me since they suck at followin up

nothing, I like everything so far & has been easy to use

it is solving feedback loops in my organizations
So far, the experience has been very positive.

I like the collaboration aspect and how easy it is to view / review the charts made by my colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get too intimidating to start creating the charts from scratch.

It helps to visualize complex work flows and share / collaborate with the group on the design & review.
Very good multi-platform tool for Architectual and Flow Diagrams
What do you like best about the product?
Since Microsoft Visio isn't available on Macs anymore - this is the best multiplatform tool to use to collaborate and share technical flows and architecture diagrams amongst all my team members

Nothing to dislike at this time it was very easy to pick up and use

Visio isn't available on Macs and this is the best tool that allows use on Mac or Linux platforms.
Ease of use was very encouraging

I was given access and without significant training was able to quickly create org charts and get up to speed on how to navigate the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really wanted the ability to grab and drag the screen with my mouse to navigate the board and I could not figure out how to do that.

The ability to quickly and easily create org charts, link jobs, and do it in a way that is visually appealing.

I liked how easy and straightforward it was to use even for a first timer

I couldn't find descriptions on some of the features. It would be nice if there's a short description.

It helps me create flow charts for the programming products that I am going to implement

Takes some orienting to get familiar with the commands and how to use the program the most effectively.

Providing a visual complement to our written procedures and policies.
Lucid was extremely simple to use for organizational purposes related to university internship work.

I enjoyed the simple user interface that made creating organizational templates incredibly easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the cost barrier that comes with certain features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating organizational charts can be time consuming when using products like Google Drawings with limited templates; however, Lucid’s templates were very easy to use and did not require any additional work from the user.
