What do you like best about the product?
We use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite across the whole organization and i like how it provides a standard way of visual communication between all teams. It's a solid solution for collaboration since you don't need to update your colleague diagram by creating a new file and creating a new file version, you both are in the same diagram and you, and all the team are free to update it at any time. It also helps us to brainstorm.
What do you dislike about the product?
More emojis reactions and native emoji on macOS and iOS would be greatly appreciated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is an intuitive application that is super easy to use. The ability to allow editors or just view-only access is the key, which makes cross-functional teaming so easy. It's also so easy to create a custom color scheme so diagrams can easily be customized.

I use both Lucidchart and Lucidspark on a daily basis in the Financial Services industry to streamline business processes.
Team collaboration on RFPs is one of the things that I like about Lucid VCS since it boost overall productivity. Through market intelligent boards, I am able to gather competitor data which help visualize our processes prior to making business decisions.

Unavailability of some features such as video conferencing and offline access tools is the only flaw, but I acquire them via third-party apps integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales pipelines visualization is one of the benefits that I realize with Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite which get enhanced by drag and drop deals onto funnel diagrams and flowcharts.

The best features Lucidchart offers include real-time collaboration.
What stands out to me about the real-time collaboration in Lucidchart is the fact that multiple people can be in there at the same time.
Lucidchart has positively impacted our organization by improving our collaboration across the company.
Collaboration has improved in our organization, as decisions are made faster and there are fewer miscommunications with specific outcomes we've noticed.
What needs improvement?
I wish Lucidchart would add dark mode to improve the user experience.
For how long have I used the solution?
We've been using Lucidchart for about two years for collaboration amongst the team for future development. All of us are in there at the same time working out how the feature should work or how the flow should look, and then we'll write tasks.
What other advice do I have?
My advice for others looking into using Lucidchart is to collaborate. I would rate this product a 7.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in September 2023 from my previous organization as an ASE. Ever since I started using it, it has always been seamless to collaborate with my fellow Software Engineers on projects and tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the entire duration that I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never had any glitches nor challenges customizing the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite specifically Lucidchart allows me to create interactive dashboards that help track business development processes and marketing initiatives.
The powerful and most organized program to create professional level diagram designs
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is pretty easy to use and offers a variety of shapes, icons and the diagram grid setting on the drawing canvas is very intuitive as a whole. It allows us to create any type of charts in a simple and straightforward way and allows us to be creative while doing it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like it all and I haven’t found any faults using the program to date since it is an easy but powerful diagram creation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it a lot to create flowcharts for Standard Operating Procedures and it also helps me draw illustrations and organization hierarchies quite easily.
Feature rich and more intuitive in flowchart, graph and diagram creation
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very detailed multipurpose tool allowing us to make diagrams, flowcharts, process maps and graphs. Its a drag and drop of the seemingly endless design elements onto the workspace to begin creating diagrams in Lucid that make the whole design process smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is need to customize the side bar to declutter your working space as needed although I have not encountered any issues while designing my diagrams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid is my preferred tool for making diagrams that map the movement of data within the system and to display API Gateway requests. The flowcharts help illustrate the sequence of function executions between two environments.
Very reliable tool in creation of flowcharts and by far the most straightforward for diagramming

It has a vast library of shapes and templates, it allows you to modify template according to your requirements. Arrows can be easily used and it provides the option of line jumps for better diagramming.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can’t think of any cons so far it is a tool that you can just load and start working without any problem finding your way around.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides great ability to draw flow diagrams and process flow models that clearly show how our content distribution channels contribute to overall revenue with a great depiction of the end to end flow.
Impressive diagramming tool with a really robust canvas and plenty of diagram styles
What do you like best about the product?
The tool provides templates to draw diagrams and connecting blocks is quite easy, you just need to point lines from point to other block. Quick features such as exporting diagrams into different formats makes this tool super useful at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about this great product, all the functions I needed were available.

It helps with the process of diagramming network architecture to identify potential vulnerabilities and security flaws. It has been an effective tool for creating custom data flow diagrams that help with analysis.
Excellent diagramming tool that saves a lot of time.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has enabled me to create complex network diagrams in a quarter the time it took me with similar platforms. The chart helps us to maintain workflows and is the basis for further discussions and iterations. I like how it helps to set up and structure new workflows and this is especially helpful when you are managing a team and you implement new roles and services within the organization.

For now, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite satisfies all our diagramming needs so i don't have anything that i like least about it.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is intuitive to use and the basic shapes are limited and can be easily picked so it works fast thus saving time. I like the way objects can be linked to each other, so when moving the shapes, the connecting lines stay intact. I like themes and templates that allow me to build a document and then have automatic formatting take over.

I like the ability to plot and define our company operating model using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and documentation of team thoughts and ideas in working sessions. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is the easiest tool i have ever used and their customer support team responds faster whenever you contact them.

I can't think of anything right now. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has been a robust tool and nothing to dislike about it.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is clean, easy to use and it is perfect to share content and form diagrammatic presentations for all stakeholders involved. It makes it extremely easy to create flowcharts and you are able to drag the needed shapes and lines to where you need them.
