Very feature rich software, making it easy to build out quick little flow charts for processes
What do you like best about the product?
I like how smooth everything runs, there are no hiccups or anything in the user flow. Additionally, most objects I need to use in my diagrams are very easy to find and apparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, trying to find something a little more nuanced is a little hard. There were some shapes I needed I couldn't find quickly, sometimes drawing a line does get a little wonky, but overall its a smooth and better experience than most competitors

Problems with team workstream decisions, in terms of who's working on what and what their program / project needs to look like.

It is a pretty solid product
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to work collaboratively with the team to be able to put designs together. It is also nice to be able to make pre-defined presets for easy design of repeated tasks. Makes it easy to implement the design that is collaboratively worked on. Easy to check in on frequently to make sure the design is still what is agreed upon.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were specific design preset likes for a server where you could just add items in certain rack positions. It would also be nice to alter the background grid to fit with bespoke item aspect ratios.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing right now for a large team to collaborative and iteratively work through the design process of how to set up server racks in the most optimal capacity possible.
Favorite work tool for visual collatoration
What do you like best about the product?
The drag-and-drop interface is similar enough to other applications that there was basically no learning curve, and when I don't know where to start, the templates are a big help. Collaboration with my team makes Lucid indispensable. Integration with Microsoft 365 is also a huge plus.
I mostly use it to build graphic representations of workflows for sharing technical concepts with my coworkers.

I love the real-time collaboration features, allowing for multiple team members to work together simultaneously, whether they’re in the same office or spread across the country. The infinite canvas is another highlight, giving users the freedom to think big without being constrained by space. I personally love the AI-driven capabilities, i struggle at times to start so the ability to generate diagrams from text prompts or sorting ideas automatically is amazing, saving me time and boosting my productivity
