Flowcharts, Package Diagrams, And Much More.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite helps us to draw our organizational structure as a whole, and it helps to simplify hierarchical complexities and reporting relationships. As a web application, it has proved to be excellent in the sharing of workflow diagrams between colleagues. The web help is great if it is difficult to figure out how to do something. Overall, Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is a great tool to use and hope you keep on improving it and give us more features in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only challenge i have encountered is that sometimes it hangs when multiple people are editing or viewing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite allows everything to be organized and the flow is very easy to follow. Also, the grouping and ungrouping is super helpful especially when creating and intricate diagram.
More than 4 years using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite and I'm still enjoying it.
What do you like best about the product?
Using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is fun. It helps bring ideas of different individuals and team members together. I like how it gives the flexibility to choose from a variety of things from notes to shapes. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very easy to use and good for sharing diagrams in teams. In fact, designing diagrams in Lucid is a pleasure.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for more than 4 years and there is nothing i like least about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is great and super easy to use, and it didn't take me more than 30 minutes to figure out how to use it. It is amazing to be able to share the same flow diagram to a colleague so we can go through the diagram together.

What do you like best about the product?
What i like most about Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that it has all required symbols and features to draw a very effective workflow, chart, design, mindmap and sequence diagram. I like the ability to track the changes and receive the change notification on shared drawings. Collaborating with others is another feature that i have found very useful and works as expected. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is overall intuitive and super easy to use.

I have used Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for quite a long time and so far i have not experienced any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The templates and shapes are a good starting point and bring all team members up to speed quickly. Additionally, i like how it creates graphic visualizations that are easy for the client and employees to comprehend. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite works perfectly on Chrome, Edge and Brave and it is all saved on the cloud making it easy for me to continue my work from one computer to another.

What do you like best about the product?
It is exactly three years since I started using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. I mainly use it as a nerve center for ticketing management by leveraging Lucid canvas where the board is linked to help-desk tools to ensure I solve customer issues rapidly.
It is pretty easy to offer support through flowcharts and diagrams when I only pull knowledge-base diagram from Lucidchart library sharing it as a view only with customers in queue.

What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, the issues that I was facing as a new user barely exist since we partnered with external system integration of Lucid which notice issues as soon as they arise and collaborate with vendor tech team to solve them - both Chart & Spark are currently clean.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite has improved productivity and saved a lot of time by allowing me as a (CR) to spend more time giving our Telecom customers smooth and visual experience since I barely copy details when offering support through view-only link diagrams and charts.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite from last year on June when I joined my Design agency. The availability of both Lucidchart and Lucidspark separate applications making up LVCS is one of the things that I like since they give the entire App a sleek and intuitive interface. The content calendar allows me to develop a Kanban board that helps pull tasks from external PPM tools such as Asana and Smartsheet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need I say something really about downside aspect - I have never come across any bug nor challenges customizing even the new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The performance dashboard available on Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite - I am able to visualize KPIs, campaign metrics and roadmaps with canvas and the AI highlights spikes and areas of weaknesses.

What do you like best about the product?
I started using Lucidchart in 2016 in my previous organization as a Data Analyst. I like how Lucid has updated to a point of incorporating another separate tool (Lucidspark). As a Junior Analyst I like how Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite (Lucidspark) allows me to create hypothesis-driven storyboard where each sticky note hold a question.
What do you dislike about the product?
I once downgraded to Individual tier in 2023 and that’s the only time I encountered issues since it couldn’t allow me to use the mobile applications
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On my end, I brief senior team with visual representation where I stitch process flow, data charts and crucial takeaways onto a single client snapshot - it allows partners/stakeholders to walk through the deck at their own pace since it is available as a view-only link.
I had a very smooth user journey from the very beginning.
What do you like best about the product?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is an easy to use, in-depth and highly efficient platform for both professional and individual use. I have used Lucid across a plethora of projects, with multiple teams and stakeholders. It is pretty much highly effective for any representation of workflow- whether that is in the sales pipeline, lead generation, UI/UX, all the way to HR/people management. It is super easy to use and make changes.

In addition to templates, there could be some guides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite enables a clear visual process graphs and highlight dependency between the systems which we use to host design workshops when starting new projects with our major customers. Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is not very difficult to set up and configure and projects can easily be reproduced.
Lucid is by far the best choice for quick diagramming and easy flow chart style control
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about this tool is that it is much faster than most of the diagramming tools available in the market and it comes with a great suite of built-in shapes and icons for iconic professional diagram drawing and has a fantastic toolset on the sidebar for customizing my own charts and diagrams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t really think of a pain point in the platform since it is an extremely capable diagramming tool that is also really easy to use.

It is very helpful in creating flowcharts and process diagrams that represent the progression of a course throughout the semester which greatly helps teachers assess how students are progressing over time.

Everyone in our organization use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite. It's easy and simple to use interface combined with reusable and intuitive design makes the process faster and increases not only employee productivity, but we are able to create and develop sophisticated and easy to understand diagrams.

I have not found a feature missing so far in our use of the platform.

Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is very user-friendly and it makes it an easy process to create workflows or any type of diagram. I have been using Lucid for a good time already and it never disappoint. The variety of different charts and projects set up is amazing and excellent.
Essential for Visual Collaboration and Seamless Event Planning - Experience Based on 2 Years
What do you like best about the product?
I first implemented Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite in November 2023 from my previous computer software company. All along up to my current Event-Services shop K have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite to enhance visual collaboration and process visualization. Currently, I like how I am able to map out event-delivery pipeline via Lucidchart flow which I link to Jira ticket to keep everyone updated.
What do you dislike about the product?
For the past two years that I have been using Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite, I have never experienced glitches that lasted for over 24 hours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The technical whiteboard has been helpful in my organization by enhancing architecture brainstorming which help develop new ideas in the events planning.
