  • December 09, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for creating workflow and swimlane diagrams. The platform really helped me with collaborating with my colleagues and offered templates, which gave me a framework to start with. I appreciate the easy-to-understand tutorials that turned an impossible task into something engaging, making me want to keep learning how to utilize it. What I like most is how it guided me to what I was looking for without having to figure out and learn how to interact with other complex platforms out there. The tutorials asked me what I wanted to create before starting, which made it feel like I was making genuine progress. The initial setup was very easy, which was a nice surprise.

I'm not sure, haven't used it enough. One thing I'm not sure about is how to manually add arrow lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for collaborating with colleagues and starting with helpful templates. The easy tutorials make it engaging and clarify what I can create, saving me time figuring out other platforms.

Effortless Flowchart Creation with Intuitive Guidance and Minimal Issues

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid is easy to use and straightforward. It provides all the information necessary to successfully build out a flow chart and even explains what each shape could / should mean. Lucid is also extremely supportive when an issue appears, and always provide avenues to hop on a call with their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any major issues regarding Lucid yet, but it can be complex when building out larger diagrams and flowcharts, there doesn't seem to be an easy way to "size up" flow charts that need more space without formatting messing up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're using Lucid to visualize process flows and how to best simplify redundant processes

Transforms Complex Projects into Visual Simplicity

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite for school projects where I need a good visualization tool. It helps by making difficult and often complex ideas much easier to see and share with people I'm working with. Lucid Chart allows me to quickly make professional-looking diagrams like flowcharts and mind maps. Additionally, it significantly improves our teamwork since we can all see what each of us is working on in real-time. I like the most that it makes complex group projects simple and visual. The ability to work with my teammates together in real time really speeds up our working process. Also, the setup is super easy and not difficult at all. We switched from draw.io to Lucid Chart because it works better for us and makes our final presentations look much more professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the key improvement areas would definitely be pricing and access features for students. The free version is incredibly helpful, although it hits its limits quite quickly, and the full subscription is a bit expensive for a student budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the product to make complex ideas easy to visualize and share. It helps me create professional diagrams quickly and enhances teamwork with real-time collaboration.

I just started using the service, and everything seems good to me.

An Essential Tool for Visual Project Planning

  • December 08, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Lucid makes it incredibly easy to turn complex ideas into clear visuals: flowcharts, process maps, org charts, wireframes, journey maps, all in minutes. It’s especially good at helping teams align quickly around ideas that would be messy in text.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback of the Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite is that it can feel pricey. It's slightly clunky at scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lucid Visual Collaboration Suite solves the problem of turning complex projects and websites into clear, shared understanding.

In project management, it helps eliminate confusion around scope, dependencies, and workflows. Instead of relying on long documents or scattered notes, I can visually map timelines, responsibilities, and decision paths in one place. This makes it much easier to quickly align stakeholders, spot gaps early, and keep projects moving without unnecessary back-and-forth.

For website mapping, Lucid is invaluable for structuring information clearly. I use it to create site maps, user flows, and page relationships before any design or development begins. This prevents misinterpretation, reduces rework, and ensures everyone, from clients to developers, has a shared understanding of how the site should function.
