It is a great application with great interface however some minor issues are there
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to initiate the cobrowsing session with the participant
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes even after the participant allows us to use the whole screen we still get the glimpse of the page they are currently in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is sometimes difficult to navigate the steps to the particupant however Co browse makes it 10 times easier to make then understand how to go to certain places in the website

We can navigate by highlighting the tabs and areas that we need to help
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot click on the tabs like how we do it using Teams screenshare

Helping old clients who are not tech savy

Very simple implementation, just plug and go type application.

It's a great product but support when we have questions has been virtually non existant.

It allows us to help users if needed and be able to see what a user is talking about remotely.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to link certain data about the user to the support call and recording the screen share session is extremely helpful when it comes to improving the customer experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although we've had very few instance where we needed to contact the Cobrowse team, their response to customer support is extreamly slow to almost non existant. The saving grace is that the product built very well so reaching out to support is almost not necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many of our customer are unable to explain the problems they run into or they simply don't know whats going on. Being able to view the customers screen when they recreate the scenario helps us gather essential information to assist the customer better and faster.
Works flawlessly, customizable
What do you like best about the product?
I can control how much or how little my agents have access to. One browser tab or the whole device for example. This functionality is exactly what we need to guide consumers through our online design tools and the purchase process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't honestly say there is anything I dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sell products online using virtual design tools and new technologies that have never been offered from a manufacturer DTC. This allows us to make users of all technology levels comfortable with using advanced features by walking through with them.
