What do you like best about the product?
It is the service that i like which allows companies to offer real-time, interactive support to their customers by enabling agents to "co-browse" with users on their websites or applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main thing i dislike is about that users might feel uncomfortable sharing their screens, especially if sensitive information is displayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CoBrowse.io allows support agents to see exactly what the customer sees, enabling them to diagnose and resolve problems more efficiently.

What do you like best about the product?
Cobrowse.io being an cobrowsing tool provides a smooth integration with the existing system. It is sufficient enough to provide feedback and suggestion reports received from users.
What do you dislike about the product?
While working with Cobrowse.io, i encountered some lags which sometimes ruins the user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cobrowse.io is an a customer support management tool particular used to interact with customers and getting reports. It helped me alot while gathering feedback data from users.
Great tool for reporting customers and their requirements
What do you like best about the product?
The seamless integration provided by Cobrowse with the existing system is great. Other than that the feature to get the proper report of customer's feedback and requirements helps alot.
What do you dislike about the product?
The unwanted lags that gets occurred in the software is something which is needed to be fixed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cobrowse.io is a cobrowsing tool used for providing customer support and enlisting their requirements and needs. It helped me alot during the first phase of requirement gathering.
Easy to integrate and has multi-platform support
What do you like best about the product?
Integrating it to existing websites was quick and easier.The tool supports integration with widely used oother platforms such as zendesk ,firebase managmeent out of the box.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing per agent per month is slightly higher comparing it with other available options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in easy user intraction and problem solving in real-time, which is helpful in customer supporting functionallity. The tool also supports audit trails giving easy access to trail of all events for the account. It eases the usage of remote interactions across wide range of paltforms such as android, Ios and windows etc.,

What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, Cobrowse.io has made onboarding new team members so much smoother. No more long, confusing emails - we just hop on a session and get things done!
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the co-browsing feature, but it would be cool if Cobrowse.io allowed for multiple people to control the session at the same time. Cobrowse.io is also fantastic for customer support, but I'd love to see more integrations with other tools we use, like our CRM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cobrowse.io makes it feel like our team is all in the same room, even when we're miles apart. Collaboration has never been smoother. Cobrowse.io also lets me see exactly what my customers are seeing, so I can troubleshoot issues way faster. It's a lifesaver!

Additionally, the initial setup required some technical know-how, which might be a hurdle for less tech-savvy users.he least helpful aspect is the occasional lag, which can disrupt the support process. Also, the pricing could be more competitive, especially for smaller businesses.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Cobrowse.io is that we can navigate it more easily with the customers. It is a good software to connect the customer's web page directly with the brand. Helps get good customer relationships.

The Initial investment is too heavy, Sometime it feels that the data security is sometimes gone for a toss. The support also is good but not up to the mark. They need to also make it available to much more contries.

The Cobrowse.io solves the problem of on-field support. It just gets easier to browse the web page of the customers while being remote. No need to visit the customer's place. Immediate support and sales are being offered.

Screen sharing is smooth and responsive
What do you like best about the product?
I found that Cobrowse.io is master at the fundamental functionality, which is co-browsing. The live screen sharing is very clear and fast and I can easily explain different sections on a website, or fix an online problem for a customer without being in the same room.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is impossible to observe certain values such as customer conduct, especially during co-browsing sessions, and adaptation. This poses a problem for assessing the effectiveness of co-browsing at enhancing customer satisfaction, or for finding out which aspects of our support model needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cobrowse.io helps in simplifying complicated diagnostic and explanation processes since I get to see whatever the customer is seing on the screen. This greatly helps to cut down it takes to resolve issues and enhances customer experience with faster response to support.
