Great tool for managing GDPR
What do you like best about the product?
It easy to use and it really gives an good overview of your systems and processing. The reports generated are very good to show how you comply when needing to show how we manage GDPR. The transparency widget is also a very good feature which makes it easy to display the processing we do.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we have a very complex structure it doesn't always suit our needs so sometimes we have to be a bit creative to manage it but usually it can be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it easy to get an overview on the current processing by using the tool or generating reports for external requests.

How the data is interrelated so you get a clean structure to map your processing of personal data.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Processing module still lacks an-easy-to-use widget for end-users wanting to find out what personal data is processed.

GDPR compliance.
Really good application
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive and easy to use; also very quick to set up and get going... The reporting is very simple and detailed too. Even non users picked it up very easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to be able to select more than one business entity when entering data assets - the only thing I dislike about it though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed DPOrganizer to keep all our GDPR asset information in one place - it did this with ease!

Give this a whirl; its really easy to use!

Nothing to complain about. Everything was good.

It is very good for comply with the new GDPR law.
DPOrganizer has given us a good structure and overview in our GDPR work

It has been easy to learn the tool, the support has been very close when we have had questions. We have had the great advantage of being able to connect in web meeting or meet physically at our office at short notice in connection with project meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting tool is not fully developed, which has complicated the analysis work. The status of the tool today we wish we had when we started. There is still little to be desired about reports and analyzes

Mapping of personal data, personal data assistants, databases, access points, feeds, etc. has given us an overview we did not have before. Further links with IT security and Information Security have given us a good overview to work on
Easy and cuztomizable tool to get overview of your personal data processing
What do you like best about the product?
It´s easy to use and to understand. It gives an overview of all our personal data processes/processing. You can add new categories, third-party suppliers etc and also kind of personal data you collect etc. so it´s easy to customize.
What do you dislike about the product?
It´s quite a few steps to fill in everything necessary for each category, but since that seems to be required under the GDPR it´s justified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We first tried to make an overview of our personal data processes/processing in excel but it quickly became impossible since we just kept adding more categories of registered individuals and more systems/databases where the data was stored and more third-party suppliers we used for different services. With DPOrganizer we can easily add new categories of registered individuals, systems/databases etc. and get a good overview of the data processing flow for each category.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We looked at a few tools before we decided to go with DPOrganizer, and it was because the tool was easy to use, customizable and covered all our main points of interest when it came to enter and get an overview of our personal data processing. Also the price was low compared to others.
The software is very user-friendly and it has all the relevant functions.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how I am able to connect several dots together creating a spider web of information i.e. suppliers, data processing agreements, personal data categories, categories of registered persons etc. All this one the software is able to summaries in a neat report.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment I have nothing to comment in this section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since I am able to populate the software with so much information the GDPR framework may be easily managed by non-experts. Which of course is a big advantage for smaller businesses not able to hire fulltime legal professionals
Developed with the customer's best in mind
What do you like best about the product?
Complex becomes simple, the user doesn´t need advanced knowledge about mapping IT systems or processes to succeed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too few options of personal settings on my user account.

It's simplicity and the intuitive way it helps me produce the Article 30 report for my clients.

The lack of data copy functionality and mass delete function
There needs to be some work done on the data retention policy as well as it's a little cumbersome to work with but that's in the pipeline I believe
