They were so committed to support our company to be ready for the assesment , which has been passed from the first time.

The tools and drafts on the homepage need an improvement.

DG is preparing the company completed to achieve any assessments, that the company go through it in the first time.
Great product
What do you like best about the product?
DPOrganizer is a great tool that comes with many 'out-of-the-box' features. For organisations, implementing the solution would be seamless and offers a lot of features that would be ideal for those just starting with their privacy management programme.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some features that I would like to see. It appears through use that even some basic features, such as metric reporting, appear to be incomplete - although the development teams are receptive of feedback and have a roadmap of activities to address the gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DPOrganizer acts as our tool for managing our privacy management programme. this is great as it helps to keep track of the organisations progress towards compliance frameworks, is auditable for senior managers and stakeholders and provides additional advice and guidance on how to achieve greater compliance. As a global organisation, the rulefinder feature is brilliant as it allows us to understand the global data protection landscape and understand gaps and similarities within different countries data protection regimes.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been DataGuard customers for 2 years and are very well looked after. At the beginning we carried out a comprehensive audit and implemented measures from it. Current topics were then discussed in monthly meetings.

The performance is worth the price. Sometimes one would wish for a lower price. We think it's fair.

DataGuard helps us to comply with data protection. The standard for data protection in Germany is very high, and we meet this with the support of DataGuard.

What do you dislike about the product?
Since I accepted to use their new online portal, there were some minor problems.
But nothing too bad.

I didn't know a thing about data privacy and since it became a big thing especially in germany they helped me understand what to look for in software development to stay compliant with data protection laws
High level of expertise, efficient processes
What do you like best about the product?
We especially like the proactive information about changes to all privacy issues we face. This way we are always up-to-date with the good feeling to act absolutely legally compliant.

We don't miss anything on the platform and have had only good experiences.

Our business model necessarily involves the exchange of individual data with non-EU resident companies. The requirements from the DSGVO are correspondingly high and complex. These were professionally implemented by Dataguard, so that we are on the safe side.
Leaning in to data security
What do you like best about the product?
We have just started our journey with Data Guard and, so far have really appreciated their flexibility around start dates. As a relatively small organisation our people resources can get quite stretched. Hopefully, once we are up and running the platform will alleviate some of this.

I would appreciate more advanced communication prompting me to engage and hit deadlines - gentle nudges along the way

Dataguard is helping us organise our policies and procedures in a central place across a complex team network.
The best data security service on the market
What do you like best about the product?
Data is a huge part of the modern age - with security always being a concern we are confident with the external support we recieve from Dataguard. Their platform is extensive with the ability to build out documents and policies in line with regulations not just to pass audit - but to ensure we are handling data in the most secure ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't come across a situation where i was displeased with their service in the time we have been working with them/

ISO27001 certification is an essential part of any software company. Their service and guidiance throughout this process is world class - we are confident in their ability and their support exceeds expectation on all accounts.

We are delighted with DataGuard. Especially our consultant Marcel Temer, is of great help to us. We highly appreciate his know-how, flexibility and friendly deminer.

The Plattform could be improved, the gap assessment could be shorter.
