What do you like best about the product?
Good care by professional staff - helpful, clear, and easy-to-use online portal - pre-made training in various fields of expertise
What do you dislike about the product?
Pre-made templates are not necessarily helpful as they are very extensive and more general, and may be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Successful introduction and implementation of the ISO27001 certification
With Stephan Trenker, the project is going great

Since Stephan Trenker has been supporting us, the project is really getting underway! That is absolutely and solely important for the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not good. Frequent changes of advisors are disruptive. It would be best to have a good advisor from the start, like Stephan Trenker!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ISO 27001 and Tisax Certification.

Uncomplicated direct communication with the consultants. Clear explanations and highlighting of improvement potentials.

Cannot recognize any. The platform could sometimes respond a bit faster.

The DataGuard Platform offers a compact solution approach for implementing information security. The structure of the page allows tasks to be centrally managed and processed. This enables the creation and maintenance of a sustainable system. A knowledge area is available, providing not only content information but also information about the interface. Additionally, there is a broad team of consultants who provide support via email and in appointments. For customer support, DataGuard provides a designated contact who also offers ad-hoc assistance.

Even though there are regular updates to features, content, and templates, there is a lack of proper communication. Changes and improvements are neither highlighted nor explained.

DataGuard offers a good provision of professional documents, which can be tailored very well to the company as a modular system.

Framework is not logically structured for the certification bodies
Policies were not as formatable as we wanted
Unfortunately, there are always error messages when we wanted to upload something

We initially chose DataGuard as part of our TISAX certification because we thought the framework would be particularly helpful. In fact, we hardly used it in the end and benefited much more from the numerous templates for policies.

Our consultant quickly and extremely well familiarized themselves with our specific needs as a non-profit organization and guided us very attentively and clearly through all processes. Inquiries are processed very quickly, and communication is always straightforward and pleasant!

the platform is not always self-explanatory and somewhat confusing in some places

Super great data protection partner and fast support. Mr. Zierhut is very competent and helpful. He answers inquiries very quickly and clearly. We feel very well taken care of by him.
