Great for Streamlining Daily Processes
What do you like best about the product?
Streamlining processes that I use everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore can sometimes be laggy on the website
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Punch list tool. WE recently implemented SOP's to use the punch list tool to take and distribute punch items
Great Portfolio Visibility and Customizable Analytics with Procore
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see our entire portfolio from across the country, and the ability to adjust the analytics and reports that we use. The Procore implementation team has been wonderful to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are newer to Procore, so I do not currently have anything negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping our company have visibility into all of our major capital projects so that we can better fund the construction department and ensure that we have the proper number of project managers across the country.
Streamlines Manual Tasks for Greater Efficiency
What do you like best about the product?
It makes the manual process not manual and more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
While Procore has done a lot to be geared more towards Owners and is working to increase that everyday, I still believe there are more items that could better increase the efficiencies for Owners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less manual processes

their ability to integrate with other software. so far, their support has been outstanding, their features also have a lot to offer compared to other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
their pricing model can be punishing for smaller companies that have a good amount of construction value but little profit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is great at providing one source of truth for all our integrations. their ability to integrate with other program is also invaluable.
Helpful Apps and Training, but Videos Could Be Shorter and More Focused

All the apps. is helpful. The training videos make moving over easy.

I would like the training videos to be smaller and more specific

Excited to Explore Procore's Scheduling Features as a New User
What do you like best about the product?
I am new to Procore and learning the tool, but I learned about scheduling this week and our teams are in need of a scheduling too so I am very excited to try it out

I do not have anything I dislike at this time
