This listing carries one pricing dimension: the Procore Construction Management System, sold in units. The $1 shown is a placeholder, not the real price. You get a custom quote instead of a fixed rate. Pricing is set by the products you choose and your Annual Construction Volume, the total dollar value of your construction work. You commit to an upfront annual fee. The contract covers unlimited users, unlimited data storage, and support at no extra charge. To get actual figures, contact the vendor for a quote based on your needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What is Annual Construction Volume, and how does it change my price?
Annual Construction Volume is the total dollar value of construction work across your projects. Your annual fee scales with this figure. More construction volume means a higher fee. Pricing also depends on which products you select. To confirm your figure and fee, contact the vendor for a quote.
Does the number of users affect my cost?
No. Your contract covers unlimited users at no added charge. This includes your employees plus outside collaborators like clients, subcontractors, and vendors. Adding people does not raise your fee. Cost is driven by the products you choose and your Annual Construction Volume, not headcount.
Can I choose only the products I need, or must I buy everything?
You can pick from a suite of products, each solving a different need. Your choices affect your fee, since pricing depends on the products you select. Product updates during your contract come at no extra cost. Contact the vendor to build a bundle matched to your needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore provides a centralized platform for managing project documentation, RFIs, submittals, WIRs, and communication. I particularly like the improved traceability, real-time collaboration, and ability to keep project information organized in one place
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore centralizes project documents, RFIs, submittals, WIRs, and communication in one platform. It improves traceability, collaboration, and makes it easier to track the status of project documents.” Dislike: The platform can sometimes be slow or require too many steps to complete simple tasks. It also takes time for new users to become familiar with the system, and a stable internet connection is important for efficient use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the problem of scattered project information and communication by bringing RFIs, submittals, WIRs, drawings, and documents into one centralized platform. It helps me track submissions and responses more easily, maintain a clear record of project communication, and reduce the risk of missing or losing important information. This improves coordination, accountability, and overall efficiency.

Absolute waste of time and resources
Reviewed on Aug 25, 2026
Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Nothing. It's proven completely useless and nothing more than a sales pitch with no desire to actually tailor to specific needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is one of the most oversold and least valuable investments a general contractor can make. The sales pitch promises efficiency, integration, support, and a platform that will transform how you operate. The reality for us has been an expensive system that creates additional administrative work without delivering enough measurable value to justify the cost. Even worse, the communication and attention that are relentless during the sales process seem to disappear once the contract is signed. For what Procore charges, contractors should expect exceptional functionality, implementation, and ongoing support. We have not experienced that. Before signing a Procore contract, I would strongly recommend contractors look past the polished sales presentation and seriously question whether they're buying actual operational value or simply very expensive software with an excellent sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have only created problems and taken months to respond to simple questions.
