What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore makes it easier to keep track of everything without jumping between emails, texts, drawings, and different files. Having the drawings, RFIs, photos, schedules, and updates all in one place helps the team stay on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of tools and settings, so it can feel overwhelming at first. It takes some time to learn where everything is and how the different features connect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the problem of project information being scattered across emails, texts, and separate files. It keeps updates, drawings, questions, photos, schedules, and tasks in one place, making it easier to stay organized, communicate clearly, and avoid working from outdated information.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore makes it possible to manage nearly every part of a project from setup and edits to bidding and document review right from the field, not only from a desk. Because Procore works fully on mobile, I can view, edit, and update project information on-site using just my phone, without having to carry a laptop around. That’s what makes this course especially valuable for anyone who splits time between the office and the jobsite: it focuses on skills you can actually use in real, day-to-day construction work. I think it’s a good value for what I’m paying. Based on my experience so far, I’m getting useful learning opportunities and resources that make the cost feel worthwhile.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Procore is powerful, there's a real learning curve for new users, especially with how many tools and settings are available. It can feel overwhelming at first to figure out where certain features live or how different tools (like Budget, Change Events, and Prime Contracts) connect to each other. A bit more in-app guidance or contextual tips for beginners would make onboarding smoother, particularly for students or new team members getting hands-on with it for the first time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the problem of fragmented communication and disconnected documentation in construction projects. Instead of relying on separate drawings, spreadsheets, and emails that are easy to lose track of, Procore centralizes everything, budgets, RFIs, submittals, drawings, and inspections, into one shared platform that every stakeholder can access. This benefits me by making it much easier to see the full picture of a project without switching between multiple systems, and the mobile access means I can review or update information directly from the field instead of waiting until I'm back at a desk. As someone learning construction management, it's also helped me understand how real project workflows connect from design through construction and closeout.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Procore is simple enough for different roles in the project to navigate. Field employees can easily access photos and use the drawing tools. The app is straightforward enough for both field and office people to navigate and utilize. The initial setup of Procore was easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the submittal tool could be improved. Specifically, the submittal tool is not clear for navigating responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps me organize documents, drawings, and RFIs. It's simple enough for different roles to navigate, allowing both field and office people to utilize features like photos and drawing tools effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
A common place to store all documents and manage a project. The UI is okay, but it could still use some improvement.
What do you dislike about the product?
An integration to use other cloud storage apps would be nice. Performance is slow when opening documents. The AI does a poor job of helping you use the software; it feels more like a general AI than a dedicated one. The onboarding was OK, but too short to be useful, and the price is a little much for what it is.
