What do you like best about the product?
I love how Procore provides essential education, especially for tools like the subcontractors manager, which made me understand and appreciate its functionalities. I find Procore incredibly helpful in organizing tasks, timing, and budgets, which is crucial for improving our company. The ability to separate projects and documents by company within Procore adds a layer of clarity. As a project manager, Procore is invaluable in managing construction projects efficiently. The system's organization tools are incredibly useful, especially when managing multiple projects simultaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I initially found it difficult to use Procore due to limited permissions as a user, which restricted my ability to use the software effectively until I became more educated on the system and gained admin permissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find Procore organizes all tasks, timing, and budgets, making project management seamless. It helps our company improve and manage multiple projects, providing a clear separation of business documents and projects, which is essential for project management.

It is easy to use for all parties. Everything is at your fingertips (photos, submittals, RFIs, drawings, etc.).
What do you dislike about the product?
When it isn't set up well, submittals get hung up with a team causing multiple reminders/late notices.

Ease sharing construction information and access to all parties involved.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore offers so many different tools to help any construction company be successful. I've been using Procore for a little over 2-years and see benefit of this resource. From estimating, takeoff & bidding, project management, RFI, submittals and document storage, managing your schedule and cost control, along with issuing prime and subcontracts. Procore has really changed how construction projects are managed, streamlining every aspect. The customer support is also unparallel with great online resources in addition to phone support when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I could possibly dislike about Procore is how much it can do, and how unfamiliar I am with certain aspects. This is not entirely a dislike but more so how I choose to use the tools and resource.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore brings the entire project together digitally and makes everything accessible all in the same program. This ability allows my team and any team to all be on the same page regardless of the stage of the project.

What do you like best about the product?
As a construction management student, I consider this one of the best tools I have come across. It does an excellent job of bringing together all the essential stakeholders involved in a project. Throughout my training with the software, I noticed that it handles everything from documentation to task execution seamlessly. The tool is also very user-friendly, with an interface that is clear and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a student of construction management, I have not found any areas that need improvement so far. There may be some in the future, but for now, it has met all my needs at this stage of my career.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The construction industry is often quite unorganised, so having a system that brings everyone together under one umbrella is truly essential. Procore ensures that every stakeholder or responsible party stays informed about any updates related to a particular development. If the industry relied on conventional methods of information transmission, projects could end up taking much longer to complete.
