Nothing much as of now as i have just completed my engineer certification course.

The Ball In Court feature in Procore is one of the most effective tools for enforcing accountability within construction project workflows. From a QA/QC perspective, it ensures that every individual involved in processes like RFIs, submittals, inspections, or observations has clear responsibility at every stage.
By automatically assigning the next action to the right person, this feature eliminates ambiguity, prevents delays, and ensures no task is left unattended. It streamlines communication, enforces follow-through, and ensures that no one can walk away from their task without action.
This functionality directly supports quality assurance by ensuring timely responses, approvals, and documentation — leading to better compliance, fewer NCRs, and more efficient closeout procedures.

I can upload documents and create sub folders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Procore has a lag that slows down productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore allows our contractors the ability to view inspection reports. Also, we are able to create folders for the aspects of the business (RFIs, submittals, etc).

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can add any RFI to the actual drawings pinpointing any changes made while in the process of construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downloading of the plans its extremely slow even with 5G.

Its benefiting me with making my job easier in being able to access all files needed.
