Efficient Automation, but Inconsistent Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
it works as it should and automates the construction process. the customer support is a hit or miss at times but when you do reach them, they make the use of the tool extremely user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
my project teams do not enjoy having to be logged out every 30 minutes, even though it is a security requirement.

I appreciate their constant commitment to improvement and their determination to tackle new challenges.

While these products are excellent, their price can be somewhat difficult to accept.

We have automated our project management processes, which has helped reduce errors across all departments.
Innovative Tools Streamline Work, Minor Interface Issues Resolved Quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the innovation it brings to our jobs. I also appreciate the new tools they are introducing to streamline our processes

Sometimes we have issues with the ProCore interface but they seem to get resolved quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ProCore helps use solve issues around Submittals and RFIs. Where we were previously using emails to track these items, ProCore has given us a hub to track these items. It gives us the ability to quick reference items that would have taken more time before to search through email

Procore helps drive daily task while out on the job site between not only subcontractors but also the architect and ownership team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tools are not very accurate when using measurements on the plans.

Procore makes it very easy and streamlines any changes to the documents by the architect directly to all users on procore so the team is always up-to-date.

how easy it it is to navigate through the app

I wish the tools for measuring were a little closer to the ones used in Blue beam
