Procore: Powerful but Overwhelming with Too Many Tools
What do you like best about the product?
Procore is the universal language for project management, its presence across the construction industry is very well establish and every entity within the construction spectrum can talk to each other, share files, RFI, submittals, etc using one common understanding of the management tool that it is being used for this matter
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is a powerful management tool, but it has so many applications and tools that, to me, it tends to be bit overwhelming when I'm trying to decide which of these tools are the ones that I need to satisfy my project needs and my internal process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I will start by saying that Procore stores large files and candy "email" them to to her users regardless of the size, so I use Procore a lot for file sharing.
Also Procore is helping me reduce time spent in bidding, estimating, and submittal tracking

Innovative and Versatile, but Procore-to-Procore Connection Needs Work
What do you like best about the product?
Innovative, versatile, and inclusive. I feel it has all the tools necessary. Customer support is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore to Procore connection. This has been on your roadmap for some time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With it having a suite of tools like it does it's a one stop shop for us.
Easy to Use and Customizable, but Lacks Effective Feature Updates Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I find the platform relatively easy to use and quite customizable. I also believe there are numerous components that we have not yet utilized, which our company could benefit from adopting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore is rolling out a lot of new items but they are not making the users aware of these updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Great with hyperlinking rfis, tracking submittals, etc.
Great Models Tool, But Legacy Tools Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Models tool has been a very impactful tool and really liked by the field.
What do you dislike about the product?
Little advancement in legacy tools where minor tweaks would bring a lot of time savings

Procore acts as our single source of truth for project teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Inconsistency in behavior depending on when it was developed, though I believe they are working to finish the swing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Procore we were using multiple silo'ed systems and the project teams were working with 20+ software and systems; our goal is to centralize
Great AI Growth and User-Friendly Training, but Lacks Features for Design Firms
What do you like best about the product?
How it is growing with AI and user friendly with trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there isn't more for our design firms who need to review submittals and RFIs. Costly when we are just doing that.

Ease of use. Love the automatic workflows.

I like the collaborative ability procore brings to the table as well as its streamline affects it has on my projects

Procore can be hard to implement to older users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is allowing to combine all or most of our day to day project management tools into one software saving us time and money
Great Ongoing Improvements, but Lacks Customization for Specific Needs
What do you like best about the product?
It continued commitment to improving all tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I find issues with things being created too much for the masses and what I need can sometimes be too specific.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is helping us keep all our most current financial information in one place that can be accessed by all people on our team. Everyone knows the most current information will always be in Procore.
Great All-in-One Platform, but Rapid Updates Make A Fun Challenge to Keep Up
What do you like best about the product?
It is a one stop shop, that is evolving each day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest complaint I have is that it is evolving so quickly, it is tough to thoroughly vet each tool as it is released!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore solves the submittal management, cost management, & site documentation. It makes it easy to have one spot to go to track down any answers that pertain to these tools. This speeds up my day to day process instead of opening multiple different applications.
Procore: Comprehensive Project Management with Minor RFQ Assignment Limitation
What do you like best about the product?
That you can basically run your entire project on it if you want too. It has pretty much all aspects of project management built into it, its a one stop shop.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly don't have any dislikes, Procore does everything I need it too. One minor thing is I want to be able to assing multiple people to a RFQ.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps all of the projects documents, RFIs,, drawings and costs all in one central spot where you know they are the most up to date.
