What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is user-friendly, fairly intuitive, and that if/when there are issues, the staff at Procore are always willing to help and seem to truly listen to feedback about the product. It's always improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do love all of the changes for the better, but at times, it's difficult to keep up with all of the improvements to make sure we are implementing them at our company. Procore Explore has been helpful to know about most things, but I sometimes feel like we are behind the 8-ball.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore essentially eliminated paper and improved processing time for everything.

Great All-in-One Tool, but Needs More Flexibility for Assignments

  • October 16, 2025
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
One stop shop for my field team... single application
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's been around so long, can't always get updates to support things we want to do... specifically can't assign more than one area to an RFI, submittal, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm with our VDC department... and sharing the model with the field any other way is more cumbersome than my supers are often willing to accept. Having the model in the same place as our drawings makes a differ
