Procore's User-Focused Development Shines, but Version Clarity Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The Procore team is committed to developing the software based on user experience and feedback, ensuring the tools are aligned with our business needs. Having the ability to meet with the product teams at Groundbreak is one of the main reasons our business continues to send team members year over year.
What do you dislike about the product?
When you have been a customer for as long as we have been at times you are not sure if you are on the latest version of the updates in the platform or a legacy version. This feeling stems from observing our Procore tools compared to other customers experiences we have seen or heard about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our teams are better connected to project information in the field to make decisions.
Great for Field Operations

Capabilities for field operations and mobile usage.
What do you dislike about the product?
Subcontractors not having access to the tool.

Document control, punch lists. Improved collaboration.
Simple and Effective Tool for All Construction Roles, with Customization Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
It is really simple and offers tool for each facet of construction crew from labor force to CEO, it really talks in laymen terms and helps making understanding it better.

Customization is available in each tool but it is important to understand and mend it

All info on fingerprints, quick snapshot and health of a construction project
Great Centralized Info, but Updates Can Be Too Frequent
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I have a single source of information for my projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the updates come too fast. Just as we get used to a tool, it changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps to keep all of my data in one place including up to date drawings for the guys installing material in the field.
Expanding the Vision of Procore Globally
What do you like best about the product?
We enjoy enhancing work processes, streamlining workflows, and creating trackable data for stakeholders to view.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more networking with Procore partners. It would be great to have a Procore/LinkedIn Collaboration option to help bridge the gap between owners and partners.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to reduce workforce hours by creating electronic processes that allow us oversight of projects.
Great for Owner-GC Communication, Needs Better Sub/Vendor Tracking

Communication ability from owner to general contractors

Difficult to track data on sub-contractors and vendors (from a health and safety performance standpoint)

Manage health and safety compliance across our business portfolio
Great Collaboration Tools, but Setup and Training Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Everything in one platform. I like the tools that work together and talk. Helps with communication and collaboration.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many challenges with setting up Procore tools. Not good reference or training information to set up our Procore to more successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More collaboration. Working on more features for 360 reporting. Can't wait to see the visuals!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is user-friendly, fairly intuitive, and that if/when there are issues, the staff at Procore are always willing to help and seem to truly listen to feedback about the product. It's always improving.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do love all of the changes for the better, but at times, it's difficult to keep up with all of the improvements to make sure we are implementing them at our company. Procore Explore has been helpful to know about most things, but I sometimes feel like we are behind the 8-ball.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore essentially eliminated paper and improved processing time for everything.
Procore Solves Construction Challenges, but Frequent Updates Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
Procores ability to solve all of the problems in construction project management on a consistent basis. If there isn't a solve through using Procore they will develop a new tool or idea to help
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is the constant change and updates with Procore with new tools. It can be overwhelming to update project teams on a new tool with the constant change.

Procore solves a lot of problems in communication between the field and office on a constant update basis
Great Collaboration Features, but Cost Forecasting Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration between Design Firms, Contractors, and Subcontractors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Challenges in the Cost Forecasting, and accurate projections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Continue to work on how to improve on the cost forecasting method.
