sometimes the support could use some help, I feel like most of the time I can just google the article they provide and it already didn’t fix my issue

What do you like best about the product?
This platform is very easy to use and can be accessed from any device, making it convenient no matter where I am.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes new features come out at a quick pace and it's difficult to stay on top of all the latest releases and changes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling construction and design teams to stay connected and exchange information through a single source of truth is highly beneficial.

I haven't found a part of Procore that our company uses that has not been helpful.

All the most up to date information about project are on Procore for subs and employees to see.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is a one stop shop to store all of your information regarding a project. It is an easy to use, streamline system that can connect everyone on the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve for importing budget from excel files. Everything has to be in a specific format for Procore to integrate it into it's system correctly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is giving us a hub that all of our subs can have access to the drawings and we can update them with ease and distribute them to everyone with one click.

There is a lot to learn, and the product seems to change every few months.

It allows us to store everything in one place, that speaks to one another.

Integrated to Payroll, CRMs, Accounting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementations take a bit. Lots there so training is necessary.

Keeping everyone on the same page from Foremen to PM's to Accountants

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use. It's mobile. There are lots of resources to learn if you have questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things that are working just fine are then changed. If the system is working is there reason to revise it?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps reduce the time spent on daily tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I like having everyone using one system and being able to pull stats for KPIs.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've had problems getting everyone comfortable using the program, we have some people that are great and we get a lot of good information but some struggle. I do think the interface could get a major overhaul.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with documentation and consistency. Each project should have the same core items and now we can double check them in one spot.

What do you like best about the product?
Procore is an excellent tool for keeping track of all important project data. It makes it easier to manage daily tasks and brings all project items together in a single location.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe Procore has room to improve its app. I often find it less user-friendly, which leads me to prefer accessing Procore from my desktop rather than using the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is incredibly helpful for managing submittals, procurement, RFIs, inspections, punch lists, and more. Without Procore, even simple tasks would be far more challenging and take much longer to complete.

Great Innovation and Customer Focus, but App and Web Inconsistencies Hinder Workflow

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ongoing enhancements they make to the system and the way they consistently prioritize customer needs while driving industry innovation.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me, the biggest challenge is the inconsistency between the web browser and the app. Since the app is what we use most often in the field, it becomes really difficult to create standard operating procedures when the office relies on one platform and the site uses another. This difference makes coordination much harder.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore has been instrumental in helping us standardize our processes by bringing everything together in one place. Having a single platform for tasks such as punch lists, JHAs, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and more makes tracking and maintaining consistency much easier.
