Streamlined reports and analytics
Great for Centralizing Data, but Steep Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
Having all the data centralized in one location makes it easy to access, whether you're out in the field or working in the office.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a limited level of experience, so there is a learning curve for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our safety department has just begun exploring ProCore. Up until now, we haven't had much experience with it.
Great Data Visibility, but Inspections and Incidents Need Modernization
What do you like best about the product?
From the managers perspective, the ability to see project specific and all company data is crucial. Assigning observations and corrections is key to keeping our projects safe and productive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the systems like inspections and incidents feel archaic and stiff, even after customization. The learning curve for those creating templates is a bit steeper than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication across our sites and taking the load of generating reports a organizing documents off my plate. With the Safety road map I have seen so far there will be a lot more problems solved but for now it's primarily keeping relevant data on the correct project and keeping the applicable teams informed.
Procore Listens and Grows with Its Users
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Procore is constantly looking for ways to grow and adapt to the needs of its customers. They not only listen to feedback, but actively engage in our day to day functions to better understand needs and seek out the "holes" - ways to become better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a dislike. I guess I would love constant feedback on how we could be doing things better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Streamlining our SOPs and reducing button clicks.
Procore Boosts Accountability
What do you like best about the product?
Procore increases visibility and accountability across the unit. The ball in court feature shows everyone who's holding things up which streamlines the processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Procore would help a lot if it worked on the capital planning part of the software so everything is in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore is solving everything across the project process and is helping streamline Processes.
Great Integration of Modules for Complete Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Modules working together to manage the entirety of the project
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see Procore Pay advance in the sub-tier lien waiver management space allowing for multiple different templates. I would also recommend that there be a status available when reviewing if all lien waivers have been returned that advises whether it's an e-signed document or a wet sign document.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlined System with Helpful Support, but Too Many Apps Can Be Overwhelming
What do you like best about the product?
The system is very streamlined and the help on the back end is very useful. I like how I can look up "how tos" and get instructions on how to use the different tools more effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The many different apps within the system can be overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems with the project accounting ie Procore Pay. This is saving us time and money and is streamlining subcontractor payment.

What do you like best about the product?
Access to information and connection with the rest of the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Price structure makes it expensive for some of the better functionalities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps the current information available to all members of the team. This reduces the errors due to outdated drawings and information.
Great for Construction Project Management, but Module Integration Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is tailor-made for those in the construction industry and there are continuous updates to account for user feedback and industry common issues. It gives a centralized place to manage the entirety of a project, which is crucial in this day and age.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interconnectivity between modules has always been a challenge, but I’m hoping the introduction of Helix and Assist will solve that!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bringing real time data to the leadership team to inform decision-making
Promising Features, Needs Integration Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Procore's easy user interface, which makes the platform workable and user-friendly. The international capabilities are a key factor that unifies our company processes, making the software very enticing. I also find the new scheduler beta and forecasting and budgeting capabilities promising, along with the Helix and Aiden assist features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the new scheduler beta tool isn't linked with the advanced forecasting and budgeting features to allow for invoicing directly through Procore without additional rework.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I expect Procore to enhance project execution, manage contracts and resources, with potential timekeeping, improving our company's efficiency and process unification.
