Great for Team Collaboration, but Interface Needs Improvement

the forever changing of the views and non user friendly

revising 360 reporting to be able to access real time data as well as history data
Great Project Organization and Budgeting, but Subcontractor Balances Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having all my data related in projects in one place. The budgeting tool is very helpful and syncs well with our accounting software, which is helpful to identify problems and solutions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes subcontractors balances are inaccurate; there are balances on contracts that are not actually there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore enables us to have a platform that holds all our data related to projects and subcontractors submit their invoices through it as well. Having a full project team (external users as well) able to access the software is extremely helpful.
Great Centralized Tool, but Submittal Process Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Centralized location for all aspects of construction.
What do you dislike about the product?
Certain workflows feel a bit cumbersome, particularly the submittal process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Procore helps us to connect the office with the field on a deeper level. It benefits us in the sense that our entire project team has all information readily available at the click of a button.
Easy to Use and Versatile, but Slow Issue Resolution and Poor Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how simple it is to locate everything, and I also like that it can be used for a variety of purposes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am frustrated by how much time it sometimes takes to resolve issues, as well as the lack of clear communication.

Great Collaboration Features, but Customer Support Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps the job current and accessible, allowing several people and companies to collaborate effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I encounter an issue, customer support does not seem as knowledgeable or communicative as they should be. Since this program is sometimes used for payroll, any problems with entering timesheets that cannot be resolved quickly become a significant concern.

nothing.its amazing. although there are so many good sessions going on, some of the conflict and on the same time. its impossible to attend 2 of the sessions I like because they're at the same time

What I appreciate most about Procore is that it centralizes all construction documents and information in a single, connected platform. The inclusion of the scheduling feature makes it even more valuable, providing project managers with a comprehensive solution for managing projects efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The invoicing and budgeting features can feel somewhat cumbersome and are not particularly intuitive for project managers and owners to navigate.

Procore has been instrumental in improving coordination among all users involved in the project. It enables the general contractor to efficiently share information with subcontractors, ensuring that communication is both timely and effective. Additionally, Procore assists in tracking tasks that need to be completed, helping to make sure everything is finished on schedule.
