What do you like best about the product?
The Labra.io platform and the people behind the company has been great asset for our team. They were able to put our application on AWS marketplace at a record time. Overall very happy with Team Labra.
What do you dislike about the product?
The internal teams will need to talk to each other. Dont make the customer play the role of connecting your internal teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Labra helped us put our application on AWS Marketplace and now they are helping us to complete ACE.

What do you like best about the product?
As time is precious, anything that can help to automate our day-to-day worklife is very precious. Labra has helped us a lot to integrate with AWS Marketplace. With Labra, we do not have to dublicate our work and it automise the process! Last but not the least, it is quite easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I am directly impacted, but what I have heard from the support team that sometimes integrations can take time. But overall we are very happy using Labra!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We integrated our own Salesforce with AWS Marketplace through Labra. With this we can send our opportunities to AWS ACE platform, and when there is a change in the opportunity on our end, it also reflects on AWS ACE. We can also create private offer through Labra.
All these helping us saving a lot of time and effort!

Labra's platform seamlessly helped us get listed on AWS marketplace in weeks for what would have taken us months or more.

We faced some technical issues during implementation but the team was quick to act on it and help move forward.

Getting listed on aws marketplace. Its a tricky process and labra makes it easy

As a Canadian company we weren't able to list on the AWS marketplace without a partner.
Lots of support to make our CRM integration happen!

The best thing is not having to duplicate efforts sharing opportunities with strategic partners.

The downsides is that it can take an organization a long time to catch up to using a tool like this.

What do you like best about the product?
We have used Labra for about a year now and the results speak for themselves. Incredible ease of use, quality of support, and outstanding ease of setup. We have achieved efficiency and scale with our AWS Co-sell program and have also been able to optimize our work with channel partners and resellers.
They automate the entire process of submitting and receiving leads and opportunity data so that all of it can be done from within our CRM. This removes any manual effort and makes the process easy for our teams

We haven’t run into any issue so far with Labra. Their team is always available and is committed to our success on the cloud and making our lives easier. They are proactive, drive incredible time to value, and really help with GTM optimization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before working with Labra, our team faced a huge struggle in submitting co-sell opportunities and keeping it in sync between the partner co-sell portal and our CRM. This has now been solved with the automated data sync offered by Labra. Their system is fast, reliable, and efficient and allows our sales and alliance team members to focus on tasks with more value add.
We have seen our partnership with AWS improve significantly since we moved to Labra. Particularly in terms of the number of opportunities we are able to sync, the time it takes to close deals, and the improved win rate.
We see Labra as a long term partner in our growth with cloud hyperscalers through marketplace and co-sell.

Solid product and outstanding customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The platform works as intended and is easy to use with our HubSpot integration. The team that helped us get started has been wonderful to work with. They are easy to get a hold of and to communicate with. Their follow up has been second to none. The team wants to see us succeed which is a change of pace from traditional transactional software sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find anything that I would change at this time.

Connectivity between our HubSpot and the AWS ACE system to enable simplicity in deal registration.
Solid and highly customized cloud GTM automation, with best in class support
What do you like best about the product?
We started with AWS and are hoping to expand to other cloud providers. As a company we made a strategic bet on our alliance with AWS, and needed to scale quickly. Our initial vendor wasn't the best suited to match our own GTM pace. Migrating to Labra has enabled us to save a ton of manual work. Opportunity sharing with AWS's PRM is entirely automated and synced with our pipeline, and marketplace operations are streamlined directly from our CRM. This also allows us to effortlessly involve all parts of the organization to contribute to the partnership effort, from Sales to Finance.
What do you dislike about the product?
CRM integration, by design, requires involving RevOps and committed support, but that's normal and expected.

When creating offers there should be a drop down to search dimenstions.

New Review: Now they have a listing on SF Appexchange marketplace
Old review: I was disappointed to find they don’t have an app on Salesforce's AppExchange. I hope to see this feature available soon, as it would add even more convenience to their service.
