The fields you can choose to narrow searches. School, education, Skills, location etc.

It would be nice to find a short cut to dupe check resumes in Beamery.

The campaign feature for multiple emails is fantastic, I see a lot of results and inquiries using this feature
Combines all recruiting into one program
What do you like best about the product?
I love not having to skip around to different programs when recruiting. HIretual allows me to do all my recruiting in one place. I can create projects for sourcing and get emails when new candidates fit the mold.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, there's not much I dislike with Hiretual. I feel like the search filters could be lessened - maybe a basic search with an advanced option for those needing to fit more exact criteria - but I'm really just nitpicking.

No problems at all.

When you are about to send an email, it does not come with time zones from different countries.

Sourcing faster. We are engaging even more with sequences.
User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can customize my search results and at various titles, as well as add a JD to create the appropriate boolean keywords.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't particularly appreciate that I cannot tell/see if the candidate is "open to work" in the search results.

Hiretual is helping me source candidates, faster.

I like that it draws prospects from so many different job boards and sources. I also like the assistance with identifying diversity candidates
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really have complaints about this tool. It is easy to use, set up and share projects with hiring managers, source under a wide variety of criteria.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very reliable tool with sourcing qualified candidates for my reqs. I do not have any financial stake in using Hiretual

Hiretual is an excellent and comptehensive search tool. I highly recommend it and use it daily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to complain about. The only thing is that I would add the possibility to filter years without using buckets (1-3, 4-6) but being able to choose 1 or 2 or 3 years of experience.

Being able to find new candidates since data came from all over the internet.

I had a hard time with the product not updating candidate profiles and finding relevant profiles as well.
