Excellent sourcing tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Cross-platform sourcing with a unique approach to DEI / URG .
What do you dislike about the product?
More sophisticated analytics for admin users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accelerated sourcing of candidates with true collaboration among team members and email campaigns.
Pretty great, but always room for improvement!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to filter through so many different options (experience, education, skills, etc.) I think there are a lot of great features like email sequencing that make life a lot easier
What do you dislike about the product?
I often find that when I'm applying search filters they don't always work well. I will type in terms to the mandatory box and they will continue to give me candidates that don't match my terms or only match one of them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to source a lot more candidates than I previously was! There are a lot of ways I can customise my search that I feel like I was missing in the past. I like the ability to save my searches.

The filters are great! One stop solution for great profiles from many tools. Easy to search diversity profiles with lots of prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
User interface could be better. There is a room for more filters to be added

What do you like best about the product?
Hire EZ offers automated email campaigns. So, I can create a list of 200 candidates, create a custom email template, then the system sends out multiple personalized emails to my list.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are improving daily but in my experience, about 25% of emails bounce back due to wrong contact info.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform has streamlined my recruiting process. I am making more placements.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the filters. They are well organized and you can save your lists (companies, schools, etc). It makes sourcing faster and easier. My ability to organize the projects is a great benefit plus contact info for candidates is featured. I can also export the contacts in the format matching my ATS.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes a few tries to get the right candidates I'm looking for. The recommended candidates based off projects can be a hit or miss.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the problem of being limited to candidates merely on LinkedIn or my ATS. This expands a great new pool of candidates helping me succeed as a recruiter.

Everything is the one place, from finding contact details to creating sequences to insights!

The diversity filter here for Australia can be a hit and miss

No need to wait for a response or wonder if your email has reached the right person or have they even read your email. I find sequencing one of the best benefits of using HE

What do you like best about the product?
All the filters. Easy to create a search that gives you a specific pool of candidates. I also love the diversity filters. This allows us to easily find diverse candidates without having to spend too much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The candidates emails are often incorrect or there are so many listed so it is hard ot know which email is actually accurate. Also to get the good search you have to add a lot of NOTs or exclude from search rather than the search just atuomatically matching percisely to the titles you enter

I am able to find candidates quickly and integrate the search with my companies hire platform. It has increased my speed by at least 10X. Also helps me with diversity sourcing

Being able to narrow down candidate skills/experience to find a very close match to what we're looking for. I also like the ability to reach out to many candidates at once

Sometimes the contact info is not correct, which makes it hard to locate or receive emails from upset people.

I work w/ an agency and we work with several clients at once. It's helpful to accommodate many roles across several departments and clients. We've hired several passive candidates through HireEZ

If you are having a hard time finding active candidates, then this resource is extremely helpful

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to view the different social profiles of the candidate, retrieving contact info and sequence emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inaccuracy of pulling LinkedIn profiles- sometimes I get a larger return when sourcing directly from LIR.
