HireEZ is great for users Recruiting on higher experience positions/administrative
What do you like best about the product?
The sequencing email is a great tool for when reaching out to multiple candidates
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform seems to me it is more centered around specific roles rather than high volume accounts in which I work on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is simply emailing candidates automatically without having to type all manual, this is benefitting by putting more time in a Recruiters role

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy HireEz's user interface, and all of the interactivity that is possible on the platform. It allows me to source for extended periods of time without becoming fatigued by a lack of options, or seeing the same profiles continually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the options on sequencing could use work. For effective A/B testing, it would be helpful if I could assign a sequence template to always send at the times listed, rather than having to change the time to send each time I send a sequence.
Additionally, my sequences add two lines above my signature that I have to delete each time I review my sequence for sending - which is a small nuisance.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It really helps me to find high quality candidates with accurate contact information, and when the info is inaccurate, I can access their LinkedIn from the HireEZ page to send an InMail instead.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of filters to use. This help narrow down search results and you can helps find very specific canididates. Also like how there are diversity filters and you can bulk export.
What do you dislike about the product?
a lot of "empty" profiles. Profiles just have a name and job title, no way of contacting the candidates.This slows down the sourcing process.

Being able to bulk transfer canidates saves time

a lot of emails bounce back; emails are not found for a lot of the candidates tagged to projects.

Outreach to a large pool of candidates; diversity pool for hiring; building out many projects for sourcing

I like the ease of use, the quality of the search results, and the complete contact information. We find so many excellent candidates in HireEZ.

The system does not currently integrate with our ATS.

The amount of time we spend sourcing and tracking down candidate contact information has decreased significantly.
I think it is a great platform, although missing a couple of very helpful features

HireEZ is the tool that finally works for me!
What do you like best about the product?
That the suggested profiles are spot on. I appreciate the easy filtering and automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
That many profiles don´t open up on Linkedin when being accessed from HireEZ. Sometimes a candidate´s current job in HireEZ is outdated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing for technical and hard to fill positions, obtaining an overview of likely salaries and best locations to find a specific talent skillset.

Integration with more ATS/CRMs - our company utilizes Loxo and does not integrate fluently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More outreach! We can reach more relevant candidates in timely manner that are on the active job search.

The functionality for finding security clearances are still a little hit or miss.
