Truly EZ power recruiting & AI tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HireEZ is an all-inclusive tool. Previous recruitment tools I used weren't integrated with my emails & didnt track responses. I also enjoy that I can automatically create "sequences" that continues to engage candidates passively for me while I'm actively working to fill the top of the funnel. I also enjoy the various filters in the tool especially diversity function.
What do you dislike about the product?
Speaking of diversity function. This tool is not quite accurate 100% of the time. I would say 8 out of 10 times it gets it right but also there are candidates that get included or excluded that may be clearly diverse to the "naked eye". Additionally I would like to see an increase in function on what is an included job title in the search function. There are many titles that are excluded and doing a boolean search wont quite get the same results as using a real tag I am finding. This is EXTREMELY important for selling the tool to technical recruiters and TA leaders in my opinon. As a niche skill set recruiter I find it quite difficult to find my needles in the hay stack.
I would suggest deep dives into what job titles can be incorporated or create a place where recruiters can do the hard work for you and suggest job titles.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automation that Hireez has especially in candidate reach out is key. Thats a huge time saver and allows me to follow up with candidates in a set it and forget it way.
Great for Passive Recruiting!
What do you like best about the product?
The analytics feature of HireEZ is beneficial in pinpointing precisely the type of candidate you're looking for. The ability to use diversification is also a great benefit of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
You spend a lot of time sourcing and adding candidates to a project (that have contact details), and you set up a sequence, send it, and it still only sends to a few candidates. You think you're sending more than you are.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I utilize HireEZ when I need to find a diverse candidate - it's been helpful in this instance. There are also reports you can run to share with hiring managers that validate compensation and difficulty filling a particular role/location.

What do you like best about the product?
My favorite is the ability to start by reviewing the market using their talent insights. This is helpful for intake meetings with managers to help them understand what's going on in the market. From there, I can easily begin sourcing based on the agreed upon market insights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I dislike to be honest. It's one of my favorite and most used tools on my team. It's team are constantly working to improve the product so I have no dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product gives a holistic view of the talent market with actionable market information that is driven by machine learning and AI. The automation in the email campaigns as well as the collection of all of the personal information in one place is a major time saver.
Ok for C-suite. Horrible for sales recruitment.
What do you like best about the product?
The automated email cadences and follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to track negative responses vs positive ones. The data is very outdated, and the response rate is horrible. If people are not executives, they do not appreciate the direct email reach out, especially because some of the system's emails are work emails! Several people replied with abusive emails remarking how unprofessional it is. The search parameters are not accurate and do not work even if you put quotation marks around what you are looking for. Salespeople prefer LinkedIn and do not respond to these at all.

It is not solving any problems! It is creating problems for me.

What do you like best about the product?
The chrome extension! Being able to use it on other sites to get email addresses and send out sequences! It is so convenient and is my favorite thing about HireEZ!
What do you dislike about the product?
The "High Availability" filter doesn't seem to yield nearly as many results as LinkedIn, "Open to Work" filter does. I do not get nearly as many responses as LinkedIn, which is somewhat disappointing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sourcing new candidates that I may not find from a LinkedIn search, and getting contact information for all candidates (regardless of where I source them from)!

- The "estimated market value" usually doesn't add a lot of value as it's typically off market
- It would be nice to be able to see the message tha you sent to candidates diretly on their profile (or higher up on the profile page)

- Builing up pipeline faster with candidates that actually align with what we're looking for
- Scheduling phone screens faster by being able to include a link to my calendar in the sequence emails

Great for higher volume sourcing
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to filter by a candidates current tenure in their role.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hate that you cant get rid of company emails because emails can accidentally be sent to candidates company email and that's not a good look.

its helping be narrow down my sourcing search to target the right candidates
Super efficient and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
The search and filter functionality is awesome, I can quickly hone in on the specific criteria I want without having to scroll through 1000's of profiles
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love if the "view analytics" function allowed me to continue filtering from the "good fit" category

Incredibly Efficient Sourcing
What do you like best about the product?
It's incredibly easy to search, screen, and engage with prospects. Not only that, you can sync with your Email account and easily set up Email sequences which have been integral in improving response rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not sure I can think of a whole lot that I would want to improve. Sure, there is the occasional incorrect email address or linkedin profile, but I'm impressed by the number of accurate email addresses I do get.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
hireEZ gives us a sourcing tool that pulls information from multiple sources on the web, rather than having to use individual tools to expand searches, find contact information, and engage with prospects. With hireEZ, it can all be done in one place speeding up time to source, interview, and ultimately hire.
Really useful for my team!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the email campaigns. It is much faster than having to craft individual emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the accuracy of email bounce information. More bounce in my outbox (outlook) than it leads on in HireEz account. I think this is just a bug.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the time I originally had to spend crafting outbound email campaigns. It is now much quicker and I can cast a broader net. I also can look up contact information.
