What do you like best about the product?
I love the AI feature of being able to create a search and walk away from it and come back to a list of viable candidates to reach out to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still a lot of features or sourcing options that I rely on via LinkedIn and mainly the OTNO feature. If Hiretual had the ability to add that it would be a game changer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating group sourcing lists and projects

Try it out. You'll find more email addresses to reach out to candidates, the dashboard is very easy to navigate through and the AI function saves you so much time

Hiretual's Chrome extension has made my recruiting 10x faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
The very rare occasion that it doesn't find the relevant info on a candidate.

We're able to reach out to a much higher proportion of candidates thanks to Hiretual.

Hiretual has been the most amazing tool my sourcing team uses. It is versatile and easy to use. We have made several hires from it

Nothing it is amazing for Boolean building

It saves my sourcers previous time by hiretual building our candidate searches for us. They can take on my work
Hiretual: A very Useful tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is a great tool for finding email addresses for candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if I didnt have to go to a candidates public profile to get their email- it is an added step that could save a lot of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hiretual provides another avenue to contact candidates for project opportunities. I get a majority of the responses from the email that Hiretual provides.

What do you like best about the product?
I mostly use Hiretual to pull personal email addresses so that is always nice. The AI boolean searches are great though.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it does not find the person's email

Hiretual is an easy to use helpful AI in every recruiter's back pocket
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, quick results. The ability to create boolean strings across multiple search platforms is ideal and takes less time out of my day than previously creating my own.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I first got started with Hiretual, the UI bothered me that it continuously popped up when I wasn't using it.

I am finding the candidates that I want to speak with.

I appreciate having good contact information for candidates up front (email and phone numbers). The AI sourcing feature is also helpful.

Searching for specific candidates is a pain

Helping with diverse candidate searching (females and under-represented groups)
Love this Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
Very reliable. Now that LinkedIn has a free tool through Connectifier, I've been keeping tabs on reliability and so far, there's a 14 to 1 ratio of HireTual "beating" Connectifier. I trust HireTual to provide more accurate data.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it's extremely reliable, you're at the mercy of people having up to date contact information provided.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a sourcer, my role is to turn passive candidates in to active candidates. A lot of times, if you're not actively looking for a job, you may not be checking LinkedIn very often. Hiretual helps me connect with with candidates more personally and can more so guarantee a response.

Get in a habit of going to the public profile to find their information.

They have a cutting-edge sourcing tool to search 30+ channels at once to find the strongest candidates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike as they are constantly improving their capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Hiretual to source across many channels and we use it to search by job description or by a candidate resume. The tool is uncanny and sophisticated.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you need a tool that is not a time waster then look no further. We use this tool daily and have not found any challenges with it. It just keeps getting better and better with each update.
Hiretual - a Recruiter's go to tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of it and the ability to generate candidates that meet my criteria! I find candidates that I did not find on LinkedIn Recruiter. I have used this for every search I work. At this time, I am using the professional level. The AI function generates more possibilities for more candidates quickly. I also like that I can download into a detailed spreadsheet and pop them directly into my ATS system. The enterprise level would undoubtedly have a few more bells and whistles that I could use, but this level works for me. The Hiretual team is responsive and helps me usually within an hour of asking. Lately, there have been more numbers and emails listed.

There is nothing to dislike. There is more I want to use but have not because it is only me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am finding candidates! That is why I use it. It is quick and pretty easy to use. The You tubes are helpful also. Why would a recruiter NOT use this?
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it! I have and would pay for it myself because it is that good. If you are a recruiter, you need this on your chrome as a sourcing tool to find candidates. I do have LinkedIn, but it also enhances having it!
