Best all around sourcing tool available
What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual gives you several options sourcing options , quick and dirty to complex boolean searches, increase your sourcing with automated suggestions, which are spot on, great for entry level to advance technical recruiters who really like to dig deep and target various sources such as Linkedin , Github , Angelist , Facebook, Bing , Google, very fast and flexible information , which continues to improve frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
No candidate cloud database , which would be nice , but does not take anything away from the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was able to find two key hires within the 1st 30 days of using the tool. The candidate's information was not on Linkedin, I used breadcrumbs from a different website and put the information into Hiretual tool which helped me find an outstanding Principal Solutions Architect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hiretual is best all-around sourcing product, I tested many tools and none of them have the search functionality that Hiretual does , they were working with Github before anyone knew what it was, they been a set ahead of everyone, the product is evolving continuously , it just keeps getting better and better, it shows they are paying attention to industry.
Amazing and inexpensive way to manage our research
What do you like best about the product?
Flat out the best tool we have found to get the right candidates and find the most accurate contact information. We would have a very difficult time doing our job well without Hiretual.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much bad to say - I would like a more personalized approach to training but for the price it can't be beat!

Sourcing candidates and finding candidate contact information.

Access to contact information that many other extensions/tools don't reveal

I primarily use hiretual to find email addresses and haven't explored much more of the platform. No complaints so far!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More and more employees are not checking InMails, so it's important to be able to reach prospective candidates in other ways. By having access to their contact information, we've been able to reach many more candidates and get more people in our pipeline.
Sourcing top tier talent
What do you like best about the product?
It works as intended for sourcing tier one talent.
What do you dislike about the product?
It needs to be iterated too many times. You have to make too many trials and tests to find the right people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding great talent to source which Hiretual is great if your understand what you're looking for in terms of talent.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Hiretual is a five star AI product for identifying remarkable people for any critical job. But you need to have a great job and be a five star recruiter using Performance-based Hiring to reel them in and get them hired.

Hiretual seems to struggle finding additional social profiles for most candidates

Get it!
Great Tool for seasoned recruiters.
What do you like best about the product?
The continued evolution from using it to create excellent Boolean, and find difficult to find contact info, to the evolution of the AI space has been awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
When they made the intitial change to the UI I found it a bit difficult but quickly adapted.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work on higher level roles, and the ability to contact these folks in an environment they feel comfortable provides a higher response rate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Stay with and continue to learn with it. We just had an updated training with it the other day and I realized how much more I could be doing, and how much more efficently I could be doing it.

Toolbelt Staple
What do you like best about the product?
Hiretual is a seamless addition to my chrome extensions and gives me what I need quickly and without interrupting my work flow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish a bit more customization was possible with the information displayed on the chrome extension - I most use it for finding an email and social links, not the other things that are in between.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use hiretual everyday, mostly for finding a potential candidate's contact info but on occasion for sourcing. The chrome extension is a big win because my process isn't interrupted.

This tool is solid. It has its pain points but I use it everyday!

Hiretual provides accurate data and predictive insights that help recruiters zero in on passive talent that will bite!

Absolutely nothing. There is nothing to dislike.

Hiretual has allowed me to not only find candidates I wasn't finding anywhere else, but has also given me data and insights on those candidates that always proves to be true.

Making sourcing faster and easier. Able to reach out to so many more candidates. Definitely the benefit of being able to reach out to all candidates.
